Staff member Noah is awesome. Great attitude and kind. Not to mention makes great drinks. He is to be commended. Rest of Staff very unfriendly and stand offish. Need more out there like Noah. Thanks Noah

Door Dash pick up. Frozen drink was prepared upon my arrival so it wouldnt be melted when i picked it up.

Just love this place. They are all so very nice. My one wish is that they bring back the chocolate croissant.

This is the closest dunkin to cedar key. It was a 30 min drive but we are glad we went while we were in town. There is a Walmart nearby too. We both got the signature white chocolate latte. That thing is good!!

Donuts were so SUPER fresh and the coffee empowering!

Went there today for ice cream for the kids and coffees for us parents. When we walked in I have to admit I was a little worried about the service we would receive when the store was so busy. There was a small line but that quickly moved and we were helped by a young lady with short hair. She also scooped the ice cream (wearing gloves!)for my 5 kids and she so patient and nice while doing it. I really appreciated that. Our coffees were great and the different sugars were well-stocked plus plenty of napkins in the dining area. We had a great visit. Thank you!

Busy day just before Thanksgiving but staff still delightful

I come here on a daily basis when I’m working in Chiefland. The staff is extremely friendly. They are awesome and get my coffee order right every time! A lot better than the Dunkin’s where I live in Gainesville.

The inside is very clean and the ladies working there were very nice and quick with my order considering there wasn't anyone in the drive-through. I ended up staying to eat my order and work on my laptop and even when it became busy, they worked fast and got each order out successfully with no mistakes. Highly recommended.

Just moved to the area, but both times I went in they were lovely and very personable. Would head here often. 😁

Nice and clean!fast in the drive thru...I hate to contradict myself, a few day ago around7pm,went thru the driv-thru for a special cold brew..was asked by worker to wait one moment...(3 times) in a 5min. Period.finally ended up with no coffee or answer. BUT I want to let it be known I DON'T blame the worker. It was obvious there was more than likely one person working.the parking lot was empty and there was only one vehicle ahead of me at the window. Obvious I don't know how large of an order was ahead of me. I'm sure it takes time to get each individual coffee made to special order, for that reason I would look at whoever does the shift schedule and never have less than 3 workers in a establishment of that size. Sorry for the rant.

I was passing by this town and stopped here with my family! Anthony and JD were AMAZING! Very Sweet Anthony even gave my Frenchie a treat, JD made everything in that moment for us and everything was Delicious! Next time we pass by this town we will definitely stop here because Customer Service is EVERYTHING and These Guys go over and beyond to make it a Good experience! Thank you Guys! Keep it up!!!!

Dunkin' Donuts in Chiefland, Florida is a must stop for sweet tea and donut before heading home. Friendly service!

Always just right. They always make my order perfect no matter who is working.
I did get coffee grounds in my coffee one time, but that's not bad(accidents do happen)
Now I will say this Dunkin is not the norm.
I travel all up and down 19 and most of the Dunkin donuts are not even worth stopping at. Almost always getting my order wrong or worse getting grounds in the bottom of my cup. I have never even been offered a replacement coffee when I comment about the grounds(funny not even this store made that one right)I will always stop at this location because they are friendly,clean, and helpful. The food is good when I get it from here but the coffee with the one exception is always just right. If you are ever here try it out you won't regret it, it may be a chain store but they are by far at the top of the chain.

Good donuts, good service. Very nice experience. I really enjoyed the customer service. The cashier was super sweet. I had been driving all night long since Fort Lauderdale and it was nice to see a happy face that early in the morning. Then when I was leaving the guy cleaning the parking lot hollared out "have a nice day". Little things mean so much.

Fresh delicious donuts here!!!! Great breakfast sandwiches too! What's breakfast without a cup of yummy Dunkin coffee?!! Clean restaurant, very nice and friendly service. A good place to stop while passing through the area!

It was a rough day when we got there. You could tell the staff was busy. But they were still very nice and courteous even after getting yelled at by some of the guests there. Loved it.
