Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel

I had a great stay with my family. We had the a/c break on a Sunday morning and the maintenance man Tony was awesome! He responded quickly fixed the problem and when he seen me in the hotel he continued to ask how it was running. Excellent service. Monique at the bar is a wonderful friendly person giving us information of places to go when it rained . Front desk very nice and helpful. Clean rooms .
We will definitely be back . Elevator breaks down alot but not that big of an issue for us. I recommend this hotel ! See you next summer 🙂

We recently visited Virginia Beach and after a disappointing check-in at a different resort, we called and found available rooms at the Sheraton location. Upon check-in, the gentleman at the front desk, his name is Charmars was so helpful and so sweet. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had the most amazing experience for our family. All of the staff and servers at this hotel were friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. It was so nice to receive this treatment after a long day of travel. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, beautiful hotel with all the amenities on the water. If you decide to visit you will not be disappointed.

So it was so hard to give the room a 4 because the room was beautiful and clean. My complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was like a sprinkle and was warm at best and paying that type of money, I expected more. Thank God it is summer. Would I come back? Absolutely but will be very vocal about the pressure if not up to standard.

We did a bridal shower here and it was wonderful. The staff are stellar. They were so accommodating and helpful in every way. Agreed to let us take over the restaurant at the last minute. Great job by everyone.

Thoroughly enjoying my stay. Room is great with a pool and ocean view. Went to the bar at the hotel lastnight and Monique is THEE BEST bartender ever! Great conversation and great drinks. Her personality was an added reward for staying at the Sheraton. Monique, thank you for your service! I will come back and stay at this hotel!

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel this weekend for a bridal shower. We had the pleasure of meeting the bartender, Monique Bland both days. She is professional, courteous, and goes beyond her job duty to make us feel comfortable and happy. She spent a good deal of time telling us in detail where to go and what to visit. What a wonderful employee to have and a joy to encounter.

We had such a great experience!! We have stayed here before and this year was so great!! We had 30 people with us! The bartender Lee was awesome! She was the most helpful employee! Thanks for a great time!

Our stay has been fantastic the room is beautiful and clean the staff is very helpful especially Eric Perrault, he was so helpful and has made our beach vacation so amazing. Looking forward to staying at the hotel again.

I am so relieved that the reviews here did not sway our decision. We chose this place to spend a few days on the beach for my son's 10th birthday and it was a great experience. All of the staff were friendly and informative and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. At check-in Mari was kind enough to tell us about the dolphin excursion and didn't hesitate to provide all the tools we needed when we returned with two splinters in a left foot. Small details like these really help to make a trip memorable so we truly appreciate the consideration 💕

Family reunion has been great . Only wished we could have been in rooms on same floor. Good food ,great service, clean hotel right on the beach.

Actually I was really surprised that this hotel was so nice.

I had rented an Airbnb for 7 days during the thanksgiving holiday for my family but little did I know my son and his wife had to leave leave early to get back to work.

I had 3 days left and I wasn’t going to stay in a 3 story 4 bedroom Airbnb by myself😂 in the Vibe District (which by the way was nice) especially after looking at Barbarian with the kids😆

I had 128000 points so I decided to use some of my points. Wow I was so surprised. Looks like they had done some renovations….it was so nice. My room was cozy.

The staff was so nice and polite and professional and friendly.

The food was so good. Wings were excellent….someone in that kitchen cared about quality. My tummy didn’t hurt at all.

Very nice restaurant with a view of the Atlantic. So nice.

I’ve never stayed in a Sheraton…

Beautiful rooms and view. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great hotel room with a great view and exceptional service. Went to an educational conference here and really enjoyed the event! Great food at the hotel conference which you don't always have. The elevator was broken on the second floor, but it was fixed within 24 hours of our arrival.

I have been staying at this hotel for 5 years. I visit about 3 times per year to see local friends. The Sheraton has made significant improvements over the past two years. Including remodeling and improving the quality of their staff. My recent visit was wonderful thanks to Georgette, Mari, Susan and Shaun in Security. The front desk ladies knew me by name and made me feel so Welcome upon arrival. 👍😊
Shaun in Security actually accompanied me during late night walks of my service dog to be sure we were safe.🙏😊 What a kind and thoughtful staff team that always asked if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable. Now that’s service with a smile! Kudos to your Team. They are the reason why we will keep returning to the Sharaton Virginia Beach. The new restaurant in the hotel has Excellent food. Thank you Marcus, Ashley and John. 👍😊 One of the best kept secrets in Virginia Beach! The best food I had out of any restaurant in Virginia Beach.

Great rooms, lots of space and amenities. We got a cabana room and the view is amazing. We' will be back.

Everyone we dealt with was awesome, fantastic customer service! Room was clean and roomy, view if the ocean was incredible. The walks along the beach were great.

Rooms are pretty small than expected. View was good . I was thinking they offer free breakfast but no. Parking is there but you have to walk a little . In winter it’s not a good time to go .

This hotel is nice. Rooms are clean. Lobby is fancy. Nice gym.

Stayed here for NYE and was not disappointed. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Sophia who was an absolute delight. My interactions with her with nothing short of top tier customer service and genuine kindness. Every person on staff that I encountered was so nice and honestly fun because they all had such great personalities. The room was so comfortable and had a killer view of the ocean and the city (we opted for partial view of the ocean). Very clean room and hotel, great amenities, plenty of coffee... And I recommend the $9 breakfast for two; lots of food options and it was super tasty. Sophia and the rest of the staff at Sheraton, along with the space, exceeded all expectations. Will be back!
