Manatee Springs RV Park

Was a great experience. We sold our home in old town. So needed a place for a month to be close by. And to figure out our new 5th wheel. Shirley was awesome on taking care of us. Her and her husband have been great hosts. Nice small, quiet campground. Would definitely come back here in our travels.

If your looking for a clean, quiet, safe, place to stay, this is about as close as you can get. As a Veteran (USN), I appreciate that a lot. Shirley and her husband (also a Vet) manage the park and are salt of the earth people. The owner is as well. Getting rare to find these days. This is NOT a place to come party or get loud. This is however, a great place to launch area expeditions (hiking, fishing, kayaking with manatees or down the Suwanee River etc.). Close by are several choices of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and just about anything you might need. They welcome most pets (see website for rules). My wife and I will definitely return. Keep up the great work your doing in Chiefland. Hooyah!

Pleasently surprise!
This place has a beautiful and welcoming entrance defined by a white country fence, well kept and clean. Mail area is well organized and is covered! It has a laundry area. Landscape design draw you in. It's inviting and each space has it's own landscape that also funtions as a beautiful separation of spaces simultaneously giving a sense of privacy. Signs are good size and clear to read. Peaceful and secluded area, but at the same time close to town. Manager very attentive and pleasant to talk to. There is a plan on the near future to expand in the back of the park for a butterfly garden, fruit trees, place to seat, read, meditate and relax. I can tell just by the attention to detail that this place do care for their residents and it is proud to show it. I'm so glad I found this place! I definetely recommend this little peace of heaven perfect for short or long term stay.

New owners took over in 2021 and have really fixed this place up. Landscaping is beautiful and everything is not jammed together like so many places are. Plus the managers are very nice people and easy to deal with. I saw some older reviews that were negative, but that was the previous owners. The new owners and managers seem to be doing a fantastic job!

This is a very pretty and well kept park just off the beaten track of Chiefland's main drag. Love the peace and quiet. The landscaping is beautiful and it's close to many recreational areas. as well. Sue and Paul, the managers, have been great to deal with. I am very grateful to have found this park.

This RV Park is a hidden gem. Paul and Sue, the managers, are a great hosts and caretakers. The prices are reasonable, especially monthly. If you perfer quiet, this is the place to be.

Peaceful and quiet country setting with beautiful oak trees. Well maintained property. Reasonable rates by the month. Short drive to Suwannee River, golf course, shopping, restaurants. Nice place to live!
