Never judge book by its cover ! This place us awesome staff is amazing , room clean, coffee in room fridge , microwave ice in the hotel, close to the beach 1 -3 min walk, broad walk also ,food everywhere, gift shop also ! Don’t read other people review explore on your own sometimes!

Room was nice,had a mini refrigerator and a microwave, along with a coffee pot,,ice machine in the hall,,,no pets,,has a pool..side bathroom,after our check out the let us continue to park the car there until 3, we got to visit the beach and clean up in there side restroom..staff was helpful.

My room was nice & clean, of course im returning! I'm very satisfied.

Just FYI if you have bad service it’s not cause of the staff being awful it’s because everywhere has lack of people who don’t want to work!!! Great stay and great staff

My experience here with my family was fine.
Check-in was at 4pm, we arrived early but was able to get our parking pass and get in the pool.
I got the room I wanted.
Once in the room it was clean everything seemed fine.
You get what you pay for.
Now if your looking for a spotless room then look at a more pricey hotel, but for the price of this one and near the beach and in some rooms you can see the beach pretty fine and the pool being open I think this one is great.
I mean its only used to eat, sleep shower and enjoy the beach.

Overall not bad, for what I paid and how close I was to the beach , I got what I paid for. But this is not a 4 star hotel.
The good: very close to the beach. Cheaper price. Big enough room for all of us. The staff was nice and helpful. Very close to lots of shops, resturants, etc.
The bad : if you want right on the beach, it is not. It is run down, in need of renovation badly. Not very dirty , but not very clean either. Pool was not very big, and not well maintained, lots of dead bugs floating around.

The reason I gave it a 4/5 stars is because there are not a lot of outlets in the room. I was only able to find 2 usable outlets in the room I stayed. Other than that, it’s a great hotel if you are looking for a space to sleep and shower. It’s not too fancy and not to dirty. My family and I were not always in the room so we tried to find a place where it was affordable for a one night trip. Would recommend.

Great location for the price. My room was clean with plenty of towels & pillows. I don't know why other people are complaining? You get what you pay for...if you want to be boujee then pay more & stay somewhere else. I have no complaints & had a great time! Every experience is what you make it!!!

It would have been better had we actually gotten out "partial" ocean view that we booked online. Instead we got a street view of girls twerking in the middle of the street. The beds were comfortable, clean, bed bug free, and lots of pillows. Showers were hot and plenty of towels/linens. Overall a good hotel.

Friendly workers and u just have to walk across the street and there's the beach 🏖. It's not a big fancy place but it is affordable and nice staff. Super close to the beach, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was almost full because of other cars that weren’t parked for the hotel. For a one night stay at Virginia Beach this worked.

Great location, close to the beach. Room was clean. Bathroom was small and entrance foyer and their was a smell stagnant water that penetrated through.

They were really nice employees 😃, Makes your stay better. Very friendly workers. We enjoyed our stay here, u just have to walk across the street to get to the beach, and it is right next to Ben and Jerry's and we love ice 🍨🍦

Completely renovated and everything all brand new! Brand new name "Costa Azul". Beautiful and I have an exclusive sneak preview

Great staff, nice location with amenities.. you will awaken by sunrises.
