Quality Inn & Suites Oceanfront

I had read some pretty rough reviews of this place, however I had an amazing experience. My room had a fantastic view, smelled new, and was spotless. There is construction going on, however I could not hear it from my room, 320. The woman at check in was super friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff here was absolutely fantastic. They were courteous. We had major delays at the airport and they understood and let us check in late. The breakfast on the 2nd floor is good except I don't eat waffles. You make them yourself. Although the hotel is undergoing renovations it was great. The hot water was super hot which I loved because it was cold outside. The heater heated the room matter of fact. got to hot. Parking is across the street. Would stay again in a warmer season

We had a great experience. Staff was friendly. Hotel is being remodeled so there is dust but it didn't affect our stay. Great view of the ocean!

Before we came here I read every review, and almost cancelled, because of all the negative ones, but I am glad I didn't. We had a GREAT experience. Room was clean, the girl that checked us in was very friendly. The view was beautiful. It does have a public pool that plays music until 11, but that did not bother us. Parking is $10 a day, and the parking deck is one block up, which was not a problem. Food at the pool bar is amazing. Do yourself a favor and order a pizza!!! Overall we had a great weekend, and would defiantly come back.

location, view and price, are all the reasons for me visiting again. the people in charge off cleaning and repairs to the building did a very poor job, i was happy that the floor in my room was tile. the carpet in the hotel really needed to be replaced, and the did not have the hot breakfast that was advertised.

Good Hotel , Checking in was very easy and I had no issues with front desk. They were very friendly. We stayed in a superior double room. Our room had a nice view and the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was good they had a very wide selection consisting of Juices , Coffee, Bagels , Toast, Waffles , Eggs , Yogurt, Sausage and Pastries. The pool was large and they have lots of lounger seats. I would recommend this hotel . We will most likely be staying here in the future.

This is my fourth time staying here . I enjoy staying here when I'm out of town the price is right and the rooms are clean and for the most part up to date and i like the breakfast.

I usually stay at other hotel brands, but I’m staying here for work and have had nothing but the best service. The staff’s friendliness has made me feel at home (Deb and Anita) and the room is comfortable/clean with a balcony view of the ocean. A minor drawback is that the staff at the bar adjacent to the pool are not associated with the hotel, and can be very rude to hotel patrons because of this. Aside from this- no major complaints!

This case has great customer service the rooms are really nice and they offer oceanfront so you can enjoy yourself we had such a blast here. We were able to enjoy watching the dolphins swim in the ocean there is fantastic restaurants right around here tons of stuff to do.
Remember it's nice it's definitely updated I wish I had a bathtub with the shower was very nice everything is nice. It's nice to go to a room and you have a comfortable bed and being able to walk out onto patio oceanfront is absolutely stunning.

The room and 4th floor view was GREAT! Clean and spacious. Lots of fluffy pillows. Breakfast was very good and attendant Anita was especially helpful and cheery. Manager Deepa Sharma gave us great service with a friendly and competent front desk staff. We will choose them again!

Just spent 4 nights here over the Memorial Day weekend. Could not be happier. Squeaky clean rooms, great oceanfront balconies overlooking the pool and beach, excellent location for bars, restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. But one thing really stands out with this property - the staff. From top to bottom, front desk to security to management, they were very polite, courteous, and always helpful. We made a couple of special requests during our stay and our wishes were fulfilled immediately. Will stay here again. Great value. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Staff is amazing especially Chesereye. Had a bad experience at another hotel and she was able to help me out. Rooms are completely redone, location is great, and breakfast was even better. My family will continue to visit this hotel. All staff is professional.

I thought everything was great!! The beds were comfy, the room was well decorated and clean. They have a great breakfast of sausage, eggs, ham, cereal, fruit, you name it!! Pool is nice. They had no problem letting us check in a little early, very friendly staff. Could use a little updating here and there but for the price, it will be hard to find better.

The staff are friendly. The pool is situated in a good spot. You can step right thru to the beach. The restaurant and seating areas fit very well.

They had a DJ at the pool area when I was there. They also offer Military/Veteran discount.

Also they offer free breakfast. Cereal, fruit, bagels. Eggs and sausage.

The price was on point here per night. I will definitely be coming back.

We were so impressed from our first greeting at the desk. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms are clean and decorated with happy colors.
The best part of our 2 night stay was our 2 breakfasts with Anita. She is a GEM!!!! She was kind and personable. She started our day with a loving good morning and by the end a very welcome big hug.
This hotel is very lucky to have such a lovely woman who clearly enjoys her job.
Thank you to Anita, who even on a cold rainy day gave us a little sunshine.

We stayed here for 2 nights, great location, great view. No complaints!! Just what a family needed for a mini beach vacation!! From the ease of parking, to breakfast and the pool area. Will definitely stay here again!!

Staff was very accommodating.
Spacious garage for parking.
Staff does a good job keeping the local weirdos away from the guests.
Spacious rooms with good views. Balcony on every room.
Good to hang your wet beach attire.
Cool pool area, right on the boardwalk and beach.
Walking distance to many restaurants and nightlife.

On April 9, 2019, we enjoyed a delightful stay at the Quality Inn and Suites in Virginia Beach. Every room had a spectacular view of both pool and oceanfront. The rooms were impeccably clean, the AC was quiet and efficient, the blackout curtains were effective, the bedding superb and we were even able to sleep with the sliding door open and hear the soothing sounds of the surf all night! The staff was engaging and endowed with remarkable humor. I was especially grateful to the manager who indulged me with a lovely souvenir at my departure. KUDOS and thanks....can't wait to come back again!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were reasonably priced and our view from the room was great. The pool was clean and right next to the beach. Breakfast was included and the staff there was just amazing. Will definitely book here again next time I visit.

Rooms are nice. A little older but kept up good. We booked the ocean view room. Lots of closet space, decent sized bathroom. Good view of beach from room and balcony. About half way through our stay there was an issue with the bathroom and the room below so they asked if we could be moved to a new room. They upgraded for the inconvenience to the ocean front room. Very nice room. Smaller bath and less closet but more space in the room. Would visit this hotel again.
