Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront

We had a great experience at this Hilton. Beautiful, bright, blue and white rooms with pretty coastal decorations. Lovely oceanfront location, great balcony and one steps right out onto the boardwalk and beach at the back of the hotel. Delicious restaurant. Amberly at the front desk was friendly, lovely to us and accommodating. She was very helpful in storing our bags and making us comfortable. We would definitely return here.

Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront is a nice place to stay and get away!! I have stayed here several times and this time I have to say I felt like it had changed and not for the better. The entire hotel is showing wear and tear and as much as you make on guest, I would suggest upgrading the places and keeping things clean. The lines to get on elevators, are insane!! I do like that you cannot get past certain levels without a key. The little store in the lobby for goodies is a nice added touch!! The service was friendly but I could barely hear the gentleman checking us in!! The robes in the room were dirty upon arrival and we had to request to new clean ones. Overall, I gave this a decent reading because things happen, I get it!!

We enjoyed the location and service at this Hilton. Our first room faced a noisy a/c and the staff kindly moved us the next day, it was no problem, whatsoever. The valet, room service and front desk were all great! We had several meals via room service and at the restaurant, enjoyed them! The pool was great for the kids.

We loved our stay at The Hilton Oceanfront in the presidential suite during the Memorial holiday weekend. It’s always my favorite place to stay when I’m in Virginia Beach! The views from the 3 balconies are incredible, the suite was spacious, the staff were always helpful and the location is perfect! Special thanks to Kristin & the rest of your staff for the amazing experience while we were in town! We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was in the perfect location right next to Neptunes Park and the restaurant at the hotel was also fantastic. Bones was our server and we looked forward to seeing her every morning! She made us bracelets to remember her by and she made the whole experience that much better! The hotel was clean and the pool was nice! Would stay again!

My family and I had a lovely stay here! Our room was extremely clean and there were a lot of cool spots around the area. We had such a great time. Also HUGE thank you to Josh at the front desk, he was an absolute gem and was super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!!

We spent 1 night here. The hotel is beautiful from the time you walk in. Our room was lovely and current. Everyone was friendly. There is a beautiful sundeck on the 3rd floor. The food in lagerheads was excellent. The food in the breakfast restaurant was good.

Great location right next to neptune statue. Service was great. Didn't have to wait long for check-in. Brunch had great selections for a decent price. I would stay here again.

Visited over Easter and stayed at this wonderful hotel. Just as advertised. Very nice rooms and decor throughout. Valet parking, Infinity pool on the rooftop top is cool! We will return here our next visit.

Only negative, the hotel parked my car.
I gave them my car with all 4 hub caps.
When I left this morning. I was missing one.
We still had a great time.

All the staff is very friendly and engaging. The property is well-maintained and clean. The rooms were crisp and the bathroom had an anti-fog mirror and a strong shower. Would stay again.

My 1st visit here. Spring break.
Love the beach. Clean and inviting. Boardwalk is not a commercial capital like Ocean city or Myrtle.

Great location. Awesome friendly ,patient, professional and efficient staff especially Tracy and Isabella.

Rooftop indoor pool is a pleasant surprise.
Outdoor hot tub not so much. Weak pressure. Jets not that great. But views are priceless.
Skybar was closed during my stay.

Catch31 restaurant inside Hilton has great bar but poor service. Was waiting for 20 mts at hostess desk just to be acknowledged. But this is not connected to Hilton review. Just feedback.
They offer room service as well.

Have not checked in yet, so can not speak regarding the quality of the rooms but had to leave a review regarding the amazing customer service. I just received from Shaniqua. There was a mix up in the Hilton vacation package that resulted in my family getting the wrong room and I was just made aware of it a few weeks before our reservation and was told that the kind of room that we needed was no longer available. However, shaniqua went ahead and took care of that for me. And went ahead and even reserved a pack and play for my son to sleep in. So I have absolutely nothing to worry about. And I'm now able to just look forward to enjoying my vacation. Had it not been for her fixing this blunder for me. I probably would have canceled my reservation and another dumb business with Hilton again. She really saved the day. THank you so much!!!!! Give that girl a raise! ❤

4 star on room since A/C didn't work properly and a constant water drip in tub/shower. All else, five stars. Great friendly staff & food!

We have stayed here several times and it is always great. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The view from the rooms is the best and eveyis always so clean!

Stayed here twice. Family always has a good time. Rooftop infinity pool is awesome. Always something happening at neptunes park for added entertainment

Awesome place to stay. Right at the beach. The pool was awesome. Really enjoyed our vacation and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
