Our family experience with the Dump was GREAT!!! from start to finish. We went in for living room, kitchen and bedroom furniture. Wasn't pressured to buy and during our selection time we had so many questions and they were able to answer! Highly recommended for purchase and delivery!! Will buy from them again

Bill and Dennis provided great customer service to my family as we were looking for a sofa. Not only did they help us with what was on the floor, they found another piece we found online and directed us to the quickest location where we could try it out. They also put together a quote for both that would save us a trip back if we decided to purchase. We did and were an to take care of on the phone and pay online. So easy.

So I bought a massage chair from Cozzia, the dump said they would price match. Oh they did now i have a 2500.00 chair that doesn't work.

I'm leaving the top part so the issue can be seen, however Deena from the dump has went above and beyond to make things right. So I will be purchasing more furniture from them in the future.
Customers just want things to be right, we find a place that makes it so, and we will be loyal customers

I walked in to the Dump and was immediately greeted by Quincy who had asked me what I was looking for. I told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered beyond my expectations. My husband and I are so in love with our new and totally unique furniture set! The whole team at the Dump worked with me every step of the way to ensure an easy and secure purchasing process. I had a great experience at The Dump! I was offered assistance but, when I declined it, I was free to peruse merchandise until I made my selection and sought help with my purchase. Everything was handled efficiently, and I was soon on my home with a new rug. Everyone was was kind, helpful, and professional.

Shad my sales representative greeted us as soon as we walked through the door and asked if he could help us find something. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed us in the direction. He did not hound us to buy anything and he didn’t follow us. Shad was very professional. He told us where he would be if we had any questions. We did have questions and Shad answered them. And we were able to get what we needed. Also the guy at customer service (I apologize because I can’t remember his name), he was so funny and professional. He explained the terms with me and then we started talking about what I was having for dinner. Mac and cheese was my side dish and he told me how he made his and is journey with finding the same cheese here in America like they had in London. Keep up the good work guys you did great!!

I return to The Dump because for 30 years I have found quality furniture for 3 Sandbridge Beach houses. Last year I was helped by Bill Parker. He was attentive to all we hoped to get for our great room at the beach. He showed us the construction, made in USA and the advantages of Flex Steel. Today Bill again was able to help me find beautiful, sturdy furniture for the new beach house. He was very generous with his time spent with me and helping me keep within a reasonable budget. I’ll return to The Dump as long as Bill is there to help me.

Great place! Never wanted to go in here because I never saw cars in the parking lot but I was AMAZED when we got inside. They have a huge collection of furniture and Nicholas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Great place and experience.

My purchased arrived as scheduled and wrapped very well. Very pleasant delivery crew.

I attempted to order dining room chairs online but got an error message. I called the customer service, and reached Mr Paul Sasso, who was amazingly professional and helpful, and fixed my order/problem in just a few minutes!!! Thank you so much!

Best place in town for a terrific deal on mattresses. Got a King Sealy Beautyrest awhile back for less than $500. Always check here first as always good prices and intriguing unusual furnishings.

Great service and experience!! Went in to negotiate the price of a bookshelf that has been there for over a year and actually got $700 knocked off the price. I will be going back.

December 24, 2023 and I just left The Dump Store with my new sofa! I am again very satisfied with the service provided by the salesperson Berne Conte and his manager Kelly! I definitely recommend The Dump!

I waited to write this review to make sure our carpet measurements were cut right. And they were! Ms. Mona Rinehart was very helpful, she told us who to ask for in the carpet department. She stayed with us throughout the process. Most importantly she did not try to force her opinion on my wife. Mona is the best sales person we've run across in a long time. Knowledgeable, Patient, Energetic, and NOT pushy.

Ms. Mona directed us to Mr. Johnny in the carpet department, that's who cut our carpet. He was dead on with measurements. Now remember he is going by the measurements you give him. Don't blame him if your measurements are wrong. He's going by what you tell him. Our 3 rooms where 12x13 one was 12x16 he added up the square feet and the cuts were PERFECT. He knew his stuff when it came to the padding also. Ask for Mr. Johnny. Those two people make a Great Team!
