Bay Local VA Beach, VA is an awesome breakfast and Brunch spot with an amazing atmosphere and staff with a menu that will delight your palet. Price was great approx 20 a plate with drinks. I'll be visiting again on our next trip.

I'm so impressed with this place and all of the natural goodies they have to offer, do you have an hour to listen? My favorite part is their bulk herbs that I can use to make herbal salves and ointments. I was also really impressed with their prices for an ounce of dried herb, $2 to $3 at the most.

I shop at the Heritage on a regular basis. Being that I am a massage therapist I purchase lots of supplies for my business while supporting a local business at the same time. The staff members are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They make you feel like you're the most important customer in the store while they're working with you. I love this place!
I also purchase mini items from my personal life as well. The HONEY 🍯 is great!

I love My Heritage Store. They have something for everyone's needs. If you aren't sure of what vitamins, or creams, oils, or even natural products are right for you, the sales clerks are very knowledgeable about their products and are quite happy to help you! I, on the other hand was just looking for my Spirit Animal that day and found him! If you are going for a psychic reading they are not doing them in store right now, but are still doing them by phone. They have the numbers at the store for their psychics.

Heritage Market has a comprehensive selection of supplements, herbs, bulk items and also a nice selection of quality incense and soaps. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to assist you. The café serves delicious items freshly made as well as smoothies.
They have a small produce section, but it isn't a grocery store so that's understandable, and the produce they have is delicious and fresh.

I actually only visited the Heritage Natural Food Market here. They have a great selection of herbs, vitamins, foods including vegetarian selections. Also bulk herbs and spices. If you can't find it elsewhere try here. A little pricey but not too bad.

This plaza used to have an abundance of parking but now that Sentara and Bay Local are there, the parking lot is always packed. An interesting furniture store, a funky health food store and two great restaurants in Bay Local and Eurasia.

This place has an amazing selection and the staff is friendly and polite. I went in because they advertise Edgar Cayce remedies and I was pleased with their selection! Of everything holistic and natural! Great one stop destination for all needs!

Best health food store. The personnel there are knowledgeable about their products. No hype, natural foods, vegan items, healthy snacks, and
a sit down area to eat freshly made to order sandwiches, smoothies etc

Heritage books and natural foods. A little pricey on some things , but its HERITAGE. Va beach institution. 5 stars all the way.(great coffee). Healthy sandwiches. Lots of things you cant find anywhere else.

Lunch at Bay Local is always a pleasure.

Ordered from their cafe: Turkey Avocado Wrap and energy smoothie. Both had wonderful flavor: loved a hint of tangy in the wrap; smoothie was nice and sweet.

Great for bulk food. Like raisins and cranberries and cherries. They also have a great seven grain cereal that's better than oatmeal.

My favorite store of all time. I've been a customer here for 20 years now and I am never disappointed. I love you guys!

Heritage Market is a great place to shop for different dietary needs. I can find foods here I wouldn't otherwise at mainstream grocers.

Excellent shopping center- all I know is Natural Heritage Market at one end, and best damn vinyl shop in seven cities- Vinyl Daze.

Artistic and eclectic. One of my favorite neighborhood places

There is a new dollar tree in the center.

We enjoyed the Wine Dinner at Eurasia. Great wine pairings with wonderful food.
