Hilton Vacation Club Oceanaire Virginia Beach

We love our week here to spend as a family. We’ve noticed Hilton has made positive changes on customer service and attitudes. The front desk and everyone we encountered went out of their way to help and be pleasant.

I love the beds and pillows here. Even the mattress pullout bed on the couch was comfortable.

However, there were a few items that needed addressing. The bathroom at the indoor pool had never been cleaned. Or, at least the floor. How do I know? There was a plastic spoon on the floor that was there the day we arrived and on the day we left in the same position/location.

The new microchipped towel service was great except several times there were no towels and we had to use our room towels until they were delivered.

Tortugas-I wish they’d bring back the ability to charge to your room. Also, they closed with just a threat of a storm.

All and all this is a beautiful property! You will enjoy the location (right on the boardwalk) and the amenities.

Oceanfront... what else can you ask for..
2 indoor pools, 2 outdoor pools. Every room has a balcony with an ocean view whether it be full or partial.
Business center on the 10th floor has free coffee if it's open.
Valet parking is ideal.
Call reception and by the time you get downstairs it's always there within a few minutes.
No issues with calling for extra towels , paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap etc.

Ocean Air /Ocean Beach club great place great location! More space on the beach compared to 15th and Atlantic.You can go set up as late as 1pm and still find a good spot to pitch your tent chairs and umbrella's.

Love the location had no issue but I felt bad for the lady upfront she had a lot of customers and it was only her at the desk. She handled it beautifully and when I went to the other side I see their were three front desk people with little customers and it made me wonder why don’t they have someone helping the lady on the other side. I think they should look into who is managing the place cause they could have helped her more. I used to work in management and always made sure my staff were well taken care of to keep morale high. Also I think her name was Alexis if you’re looking to give a raise or promotion to someone.

Very clean property. Rooms were above expectations: had the kitchenette was equipped with dishes and basic needs although I didn't use them. Tiki bar opened so very convenient and no need to drive much. Location in a great area beach wise and strip. Will be back in the future! Staff was friendly especially when my QR parking code didn't come to my email.

Was a great time. Had to wait a little bit to get our room but thats totally fine. The staff was super nice and very helpful.

I can't find a complaint for this hotel, I would Say Is one of the best places we've stayed and of course became our favorite, it has small kitchen, spacious Room, three pools ( 2 indoor which it helped our kids to stay busy during our stayed)

Rooms are fantastic. Heated indoor and outdoor pools are awesome. Movie night for the kids. Beach right outside.

Only draw back was one out of two elevators not working. Can't go wrong with 3 pools next to the beach.

Highly recommend. My wife and I had an excellent time at Oceanaire for our wedding anniversary; HGVC is doing a great job taking over managing from Diamond Resorts (relaxing/low to no sales pressure and attention to detail), its well located, they take good care of HGVC Owners/members, and the Hilton resort complex area has nice areas/amenities for all ages.

I'm not sure why anyone would have anything negative to say about staying here. The place is amazing! The staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing! Loved the Aqua 21 pool area as a couple is nice to not have children yelling and splashing about. If I could give 10 stars I would. Very extremely highly recommend.

A dated place that doubles as hotel and timeshare. Stayed as hotel guest. Ocean view rooms are a hoax, if you want to see the ocean get ocean front. Ocean view are corner rooms. You can text the front desk, very responsive, polite. Tech in room is very dated, tv it's small. Fridge is old but good size. Most amenities like the toilet paper are very cheap but there's a lot closer but to buy from. Room size is great!

This location has become my regular hotel when I'm working in the area. Nice pools, clean place, and very friendly staff ready to help if needed.

Love this hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond helping make my stay excellent. Will be back soon!

Clean 1 bedroom accommodation, nice balcony side view of the ocean, full kitchen, very comfortable king bed.
All staff at the front desk and throughout the facility were friendly and helpful when needed. Great pool! We love the place and come back almost yearly.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Hilton Oceanaire. This property is well located, mere feet from the boardwalk and beach. Our studio room, though on the small side and a bit dated, had a kitchenette and was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff are excellent; all are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Lots of good dining options within walking distance. The parking garage is a block or so away but this was not a problem as there is not a need to drive anywhere when staying at this part of Virginia Beach.

Great hotel and it will be our first choice for future visits. Towards the north end of the strip, it was definitely quieter, but still within walking distance of local shops and attractions. Front desk staff was AMAZING. Rooms were small, but comfortable. Great ocean view and balcony. Happily surprised at the sink in our room. The shower is probably the best shower I have been in, ever.

Our experience was absolutely phenomenal! We’ve never had a bad experience at a Hilton hotel but this one has been by far the best! A beautiful, clean lobby with quick elevators (staff were very apologetic for one being out of service briefly) and clean hallways. Our room was bright, beautiful and well-lit, and so well stocked! We were impressed by all of it, especially the size of the suite and the dishwasher, oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator and the provided laundry detergent for the free guest laundry that is on the odd-numbered floors. Vending is located on the even-numbered floors along with ice. We texted the front desk once for a couch blanket to enjoy some TV from the couch and were responded to promptly and brought a nice large blanket. Front desk staff were also very engaging and friendly whenever we walked in. The pool and hot tub were absolutely a highlight! They were gorgeous and the hot tub was so warm at 102 degrees, the pool was a nice comfortable temperature. The beach and boardwalk are just a step away and this time of year was so perfect for a visit. The whole stay was a five-star experience and we cannot wait to repeat this trip in the future!

Long time owners from the Gold Key days, we also own at Ocean Beach Club and Turtle Cay stay so far is good but one of the elevators was out a couple days. As I said in the past more luggage carts would be nice. Enjoying our stay.

Beach vacations are like buying a house --- location, location, location! This location was perfect for awesome beach ⛱ access, beach boardwalk, walking/jogging, and biking path. Bike, family quad-bikes rentals nearby.
Come back to the hotel and relax in the pool, then later enjoy the firepit. The rooms are comfortable and clean, offering all the amenities you need with a fully equipped kitchen. Bring your groceries to cook all your meals or dine out at the nearby restaurants where you won't be disappointed. Have a great beach vacation!!!
