The first come first serve work style is a little unusual but the workmanship is good, customer service is good, and the employees are friendly.

Mechanics are good but front desk service manager need a course in management. Went there to get s tire plugged under my road hazard and was told to drop it off because it would be up to three hours. The guy never moved to go and see what was going on. Just not at all pleased with the customer service there at all. Will not use them again.

My first and only experience with this place was anything but positive. Without making an appointment, I went in there just to get a simple oil change. Long story short....I waited 20 minutes in line just to be told I had to fill out some card, leave my car with them, and they'd get around to it in a few days. A few days?! I told the guy it takes less than 20 minutes to do an oil change. He was like "take it or leave it." I walked out of there and had another place (off base) do it that same day.

DO NOT go in here to get your car inspected if you don’t know much about cars because they will rip you off! Good thing I didn’t let them fix it for me and opted to do it myself. They will lie to create more problems so you are spending more money! NEVER going here again.

PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE! UGH. Defeats the purpose of convenient on-base resources. Make this a duty station assignment for our mechanic/engineering sailors at least.
