If you are looking for a spacious room right on the boardwalk you have found it! The bedroom has a door (bonus for parents) the couch is pull out and there is a kitchenette which includes a hot top, microwave, sink and fridge. All rooms have a view of the ocean! Plus a pool for those who aren’t beach people!

Great location. Right in front of the beach and delicious food places near by. Rooms are nice as well. Blankets are thin so recommend bringing own.

It was a nice place. A good view of the beach and the water I took my daughter there for her celebration. She had a great time with some good friends

Has alot of potential. It looks like the owners are doing work . The room was clean and bug free and that's most important !

If you're expecting the Hilton, you're out of your mind.

This place was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, ocean view under $200 a night with no night minimum.

You're at the beach, you shouldn't be in your room much beyond sleeping, showering and changing clothes.

A great deal for the cost. It's not fancy but it is comfortable and in a great location. Our bedroom had a separate room at the back with the beds, the bathroom and the basics of a kitchen/ living room, which opened into the balcony. The kitchen area included a fridge, a stovetop, a sink and a microwave. It doesn't have a single dish, utensil or pan- so plan to bring those if you intend to cook.

Everything was pretty clean and nice. The ocean front balcony was amazing and the location couldn't have been any better. it's located in the middle of everything so we never had to move our car!

I read the negative reviews but we still booked the hotel and had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. Room was clean and stocked with towels and bathing items etc and newly remodeled. Staff was amazing and friendly and courteous. Only issue was the TV fading in and out but it was the cable service itself. I definitely will return this summer to this location.!!!!! Loved watching the ocean from the balcony and having restaurants and shops close by.

After a horrid first hotel that I had to be promptly moved on Memorial Day weekend, the company I was booked through moved me here. I am very impressed. The staff did everything they could to help us. The manager is absolutely amazing. It was a horrible weekend with rain and wind, but, they made sure my son had access to a cord for his gaming system, the outside is being remodeled, the rooms are very clean, newly updated and remodeled. The staff is very friendly and absolutely amazing and will do anything for their guests. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!

I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews...guess I just got lucky. Our room had a newly remodeled kitchenette (pots/pans not provided at this time which IS mentioned so sorry to those who can't read and gave it a thumbs down). Newly remodeled bathroom with no water issues, beds were clean and plenty of pillows. Perfect beach location, deff positive note would be seeing dolphins from the balcony and the workers working seemed to enjoy their job. Will be back if I'm ever in the area! The property is located on the Atlantic Ocean which gives you beautiful views of beach. I suggest them to renovate the property because the look of the motel is not that attractive but yes their rooms are good.

I stayed at the Marjac hotel and it was great. Great view of the beach and right on the oceanfront and boardwalk. The staff are very kind and friendly. The rooms are also quite spacious. The pool is nice and great parking accommodations.

Stayed here with former friends and it was absolutely the best service ever.

Tbh i was scared at first from the bad reviews I saw but after I got there I would recommend this place to anyone, room was amazing, service was amazing yes they have no breakfast in the morning and the lobby has no bathroom and the elevator sucks it's very slow lol but over all everything else is perfect one of the best rooms I ever stayed in, they have a top stove and a nice refrigerator and the microwave is nice too u just have to bring ur own pots and pans if u wanna cook, it's right on the beach u will definitely enjoy it and will have a very good time staying there!

I was here the early part of summer and everything was great but now it's winter and am not sure if it's the room I got or if the place is going down first I wish they put some kind of sponge around the iron foot of the bed as it was covered with the bed skirt or mattress cover but I Scratch my leg nothing to much to complain about . I also wish they had lights closer to the stove and if they took away the mini fridge and put in bigger ones that would be great . My fridge door came off but was quickly replaced.

Well this past week I and my family:friends had a very exciting stay. Besides that we had come in contact with a very nice front desk person. We had very nice conversations and she really made us feel welcome. Overall this hotel is very nice and 100% family friendly.

Stayed 5 or 6 times over the last few years. Affordable and easy parking. Right on the boardwalk and close to dining and shopping. Casual family friendly place.

It's cheap and very good for big family. Nice view to the beach. Little bit cold because the floor is porcelain tile. Would be best for summer. But overall it's very good place for the price.

First day here and love the hotel and room! We have a room on the seventh floor with a great view! Construction and renovation is going on making rooms look great and clean. Awesome price, only downside is the one elevator. Highly recommend for people coming to VA Beach. Very friendly staff and great manager!

Room was clean and very spacious, price was great for the view. No it’s not a 4 or 5 star but my family and I had a great time and experience. Only thing I can say is the Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly.

It was a lot more than I had expected for the price.. I also went on off season though when it was cheaper.. It was definitely more than accomodating.. Living room, dinette, bedroom, balcony, everything for such a great cost that I was blown away.. It was our local retreat from kids and such and I enjoyed every minute of it!! Front desk was extremely helpful and also worked with great staff!
