YVE Hotel Miami

We stayed here for ultra music festival and I was really nervous beforehand reading the reviews. I am so glad to see a lot of them were wrong, the staff and security were so friendly. The room classy double was big and it was clean. It was in such a great location and the staff were accommodating to our every needs. The elevators really aren’t that bad. Just go into your stay knowing that they are small and service 15 floors and can take a bit (not longer than 10 min).

Even though the room could use a few updates with The leather headboard was peeling and the bathroom mirror and light fixture needed to be updated but the room was so clean. That’s why I gave it. A five star review cleans was more important.

I stayed here for one night. Rooms were clean. The air conditioner made gunshot sounds through the night. I haven't stayed at hotels domestically, but I was unpleasantly surprised at the secret charges hotels tend to charge. $20 for two bottles of reprocessed water that I didn't ask for is wild.

Lovely clean room. Had a wonderful night stay while awaiting our Cruise departure the following day. And had travel accommodations people in lobby to help us to and from our Cruise ship 5 days later! Would love to stay again in the future!

A pleasant surprise. Very nice boutique hotel with very good restaurant. Front desk clerk was very poised and upgraded us. Tomas in the restaurant was excellent and food was quite good. Very fair room rates with transfer service to cruise terminal. Great view of bay from room. This gets my rare highly recommended rating.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel YVE Miami. Camilo at the front desk was so kind to get us the perfect King bed room. After a very long and stressful day at the airport, being treated with kindness and hospitality was exactly what we needed. 100% recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway in town!

We had a group of 11 in 3 rooms and everything was great. Specially the accommodations from the lobby and the security personnel.
They even kept our luggage after check out because our flight was at night. They also provided transportation to the airport that was great too.

Stayed here for Ultra with 3 other people. We were worried going into it because there were a lot of negative reviews but we ended up loving our stay!

We stayed in the Classy Double room and ended up being enough space for all 4 of us. A lot of people were complaining about elevators, but we were on the 15th floor and really didn't experience any issues. There are only two small elevators, so after the festival there can be some longer wait times, but that's very understandable.

Your experience at this hotel depends on why you are coming to Miami. If you plan on spending most of your time in the hotel, you probably will be disappointed. While their bar is great to grab a drink, this hotel is a connivence hotel for people who are looking to be active and explore the city.

If you are doing Miami Music Week only, do not stay here. It can be very difficult to get an Uber out of this area with the crowds, and the roads being closed.

For Ultra Music Festival this hotel was just what we were looking for. We felt very safe the entire time. Plenty of security all throughout the night. The staff here truly separates themselves from others. They were very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help!

I had an ammazing stay at YVE hotel. The staff at the counter and the valet parking were nice and helpful. The room was clean and the location cannot be better. The wifi was also very good. Yes, the rooms and bathroom are not huge but not atypical for an hotel in a big city or different from what you would get in Europe for example. All in all, I was very satisfied with the YVE Hotel in Miami. And again the location is right in the middle of everything. The only thing they could change is indicating where the valet parking is located so when you arrive you drive there instead of at the main door. A small thing.

From the moment i arrived until departure, CHABELI exceeded expectations! Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making me stay comfortable!

I’ve stayed here a couple times but I wanted to review today because of this last stay. We were staying on the 14th floor and when we left to checkout, the elevators were broken. The front desk told us they were working on it but didn’t know how long it would be till it was fixed. My mom and I had 4 bags and there was no way we were making it down 14 flights of stairs with them. 2 men from the staff came up the 14 flights to carry our 2 very large bags down the stairs. The staff was very apologetic and the men were incredibly helpful, not once complaining about the situation. What could have been a very bad experience was immediately turned around by the staff going above and beyond to fix something that they, in the first place, had no control over. We will continue to support this business and this location.

The hotel room was clean and roomy with a spectacular view of the sea and bay front.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The restaurant was under staff.
This was a perfect location for my pre cruise stay, close to shopping restaurants and transportation. And of course the cruise port.

We stayed 5 nights during Thanksgiving holiday , location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, across the street from Bayside Marketplace, 10 steps from a 24 hour CVS where you can get everything, food, snacks, bottled water, 20 steps from a huge Ross store. Five minutes walk from Henry and Julia Food Hall, I counted at least 10 affordable restaurants and places to eat less than 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Room was huge and clean 2 queen beds on third floor. I think this hotel is very popular since it was full and airline crews stay at the hotel. Just a tip across the street you can take Bus 100 that takes you for free directly to South Beach, overall we are very satisfied with service and very friendly staff. Will definitely return to this hotel no doubt.

We stayed here after a cruise trip, the location is excellent, you can walk here from the cruise port within 45 mins or take a taxi for 5 mins. The front desk staff Carlos is very professional and friendly. He also provided us tooth paste and brush for free. We arrived a little too early and they also provided to hold our luggage for free. Our room is on the 14th floor and the view is really nice, the room is very clean, the bathroom is a little small, but functional. We really like the location as we can walk to the Bayside mall and see the cruise ships within a few mins of walking distance and there are a lot of hop-on hop-off tour buses nearby as well. Highly recommended!!

Cool hotel with the DIY check-in and elevator system.
Rooms were nice, but there was no real chair to use for work related tasks.
The light system in the rooms was pretty cool.

The restaurant in the lobby is wayyy over priced and it almost felt like an inconvenience to them for me to sit and work while sipping a coffee

It's super close to Bayside and lots of restaurants.
Plus, it's one of the more affordable hotels in the area. You can get cheaper but you'll be bering a lot more

This hotel is great for an overnight if you're traveling on a cruise the next day.

Pros:
1. Option to add time(11am-1pm) in your room when you reserve the room online, this way if you have an early flight in you won't have to wait around.

2. A drink and bottled water comes with your reservation. This was perfect especially for a water drinker.

3. There's a CVS right next door so if you forgot something or want to travel light and leave things behind you can get things there. Plenty of snacks to get for the cruise.

4. There are several restaurants within a 10 min walking distance, pizza, hibachi, Cuban, etc. Even a food court with food and drinks
I ended up ordering on Uber Eats and picking up because I was exhausted and having fun watching the cruise ships leave from my room I lost track of time..lol

5. There is a free Trolly on the Coral Way Route that stops right in front of the hotel and right across the steet. If you are looking to save money in a large group or by yourself, the trolly is free and stops at several(not all so please do your research before hand) of the Terminals at Miami Cruise Port.

6. Uber to the cruise port at peak time 11:00am was 7 mins and cost $14.00 USD for UL including tip.(Terminal G)

7. Staff are extremely helpful.

Cons
1. The waiting area is a little small for the size of the hotel, so if you're a large group and you arrived a little early, you'll have to leave your bags and explore Miami( which may not be an issue for many people, but for those who don't like to depart from your bags FYI.)

2. The wait for the elevators can be a few mins. They are small. Keep this in mind before scheduling a ride share as you are leaving your room, its best to wait until you get outside. (I only had to wait 2 mins for my Uber. Had i ordered before i left, they would have had to wait.)

3. The room....hmm...I had a king room with bay view...the view was amazing and the bed was comfortable but
- The remote was dusty.
-The bathroom was tiny, made a cruise ship bathroom look huge.
-The water pressure in the shower was at minimum
-the toilet push button was rusty.
-The shelf above the sink was peeling.
-the sink was a little rusty
-the ac...man that ac...was annoying and loud..very loud.
-photo online for the room advertised a couch, there wasn't one, I would have liked to eat my dinner there and relaxed on the couch in the morning instead of the bed.
-the pillows weren't firm, so I couldn't really prop myself up.
-the small windows cut off a beautiful view, this place needs floor to ceiling windows.

Overall 6/10.
If all of the cons where fixed it be a 10/10 no hesitation.

Camilo checked me in and was SO accomodating. Just about to sample their fare. Room super comfortable, fabulous view, location perfect (I'm working at an event at Bayfront Park right across the street), and great vibe all round.

Excellent location, easy walking to Bayside shops and restaurants. The Hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was reasonably priced and had excellent service, drinks and food. Outstanding place and highly recommend!

Me and my fiancé had a connecting flight in Miami that got canceled. We had been in the airport or on a plane for 14 hours and had been screwed by the airline, screwed by another hotel and we literally just needed a break. I booked hotel Yve last minute, we got there late and met Camilo at the front desk and honestly just seeing his friendly face and hearing his warm greeting completely changed our night. It’s a very small thing but it made world of difference. He gave us some drink vouchers cause he could see we needed it haha. We are in Miami often and Camilo has earned our business, we will definitely be staying at hotel Yve again! Thank you Camilo!!!

A wonderful place to stay! The staff is so amazing and always ready to help! They area the hotel is in is great walking distance from shops and restaurants.
