Loved IT! Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia! Now this is how you RENOVATE! This room is not what I remember in the BEST way! No bugs, beautiful decor, right on the BEACH and breakfast! Highly recommend🐟

For the price this is a great motel. If you are looking for a beach view gotta be on the right side of motel (looking at motel) but if u want a quiet place close to boardwalk and other things this is great. The breakfast at Sunnyside next door is amazing. Motel should have cereal and milk at breakfast for us big kids. Lol

It is not what it said on the website p the people and the owners are very rude the rooms are not what it says on the internet neither is the pool but we had a good time

I have booked at this hotel multiple times now. My experience with the staff has been amazing. Every room I have booked has been nice and clean. The location is a plus as well. I would definitely recommend the price point is super affordable as well.

Prior to booking a hotel, I always read all the reviews. I was a bit skeptical, but I took a chance. To my surprise, I found it to be in an excellent location with the beach and boardwalk across the street. The front desk people were super friendly. They always asked if we needed anything.

The bathtub was very clean and the bed was comfortable too. Also included in the room was a tv, microwave, mini coffee machine and a small refrigerator.
The clean pool is literally in the middle of the parking lot.

Everything is within walking distance. You can get a shuttle trolley if you want for a small fee.
Free parking in the lot.
A continental breakfast is served in the morning.

I don't care what anyone else said on maps about this place! I give it 5 stars... Room was beautiful and spotless, we had the room on the roof floor , awesome views and no noise. The owner(guy in the office) was very accommodating about finding our HUGE truck pulling a trailer a parking spot since the parking lot is very small. Pool was very clean also. So 5 stars... Period!

First of all, the price is right! I booked a trip for me and my girls last minute during the pandemic. When I say last minute, I mean morning of. I was happy. Not the nicest but I didn't pay for a fancy hotel. It was everything I needed. And so close to the beach. Here I am 3 years later and going back to the same place. Because, it is clean, safe, and in the perfect place! Look at the pics... This isn't fancy, but has everything you need!

I’ve been here since December. The renovations are nice the new beds are comfy. The front desk staff is awesome!! Will continue my stay here

Despite having only a 2-star rating, my husband and I found this hotel to be very accommodating. Our room, #201, was clean and comfortable. The room was easy to get to and there wasn't any bothersome noise outside other than the expected sounds of a major city setting. The staff from the front desk to the housekeepers were exceptionally friendly and did not hesitate in making sure we had everything we needed during our 3 day stay. The parking, also, was pleasantly convenient, which truly matters in any oceanfront area. Sure, there is room for improvement on the grounds, but that's true for all places in one sense or another. Overall, I am happy we chose to stay at this location and hope to stay here again when returning to the area.

I came to Virginia Beach on a budget, and I know when you sacrifice price you're gonna get what you pay for. Not in this case! The king room I stayed it was updated and super clean 👌 Maya and Arjun are the nicest and most helpful to ensure my stay was comfortable and gave me advice on where to eat and what to do. 10/10 recommended!

First the price was reasonable. I asked to see the room before deciding to stay because I didn't bother checking the reviews until it was too late. The lady was more than happy to allow me to check out the room. It wasn't fancy but was in line with the price. I didn't expect anything fancy to begin with. We decided to stay. I didn't see anything alarming as to what was posted on the reviews. The room was clean. We had the (clean) towels and toiletries. Everything worked like it should. I was expecting a disaster of a stay and what we had was more than fine. I didn't see no critters. The sheets and pillows were clean. No stains as stated in some reviews. It was extremely convenient to the beach, breakfast spot and dining. The ONLY thing I can leave negative about this hot was the tub was very small. It worked however. The lady who cleaned our room on September 15th room 310 left our room door open apparently never shut. My husband forgot something and went back to the room. She was leaving new towels, washcloths and took the garbage. She told my husband she was going to give us extra washcloths which was Very nice. So he walked away and down the elevator he went. I was standing in the parking lot waiting for him. I saw she was still in the room. When we returned the door was wide open!! Thankfully no one stole anything. We had valuable items in the room. Had we'd known that would happen we would of put our valuables in our locked car. That was completely unacceptable and must be addressed immediately!! Otherwise our stay was nice and much better than expected. I have no idea why some guests would leave such bad reviews?? We said we'll be back and when we do we will stay here again. No doubt!

Definitely not the Ritz Carlton but I had a great experience at this motel. Rooms were a bit outdated but everything was clean. The outside of the building looks rough; but functional. The lady at the front desk is great. Very helpful.

Nice and clean rooms, just remember to ask for the remote control for the TV.
And make sure your room has a phone for emergency purposes.
The only elevator is pretty dirty and slow running.

Me and my boyfriend arrived in the very early morning. There was no parking left due to paving from earlier that day. The staff made sure to accommodate us so we had room to park our car and 6x12 trailer! We were so thankful to have somewhere to sleep after a long day of driving. The staff was so friendly, the room was clean. It was a great experience!

Rooms are recently updated and they were very clean! They were very understanding with the late check out and made sure I had extra towels for my last minute stay for a second night. They have someone in office 24 hrs long to help with any additional questions or concerns that you may have while staying. I highly recommend! 💜

After a very scary experience at a hotel 1 block over we found a room available here. The room was great even though we spent little time in it. However we did have a mix up with our car pass since we brought it hours after checking in. We woke up the next morning and were in and out packing up, go back out and our rental car was gone, it had been towed. This happened on a Saturday morning, labor day weekend. The rental company was no help and said we would have to wait til Tuesday to have someone release the car. This set my fiance and I into a panic, not only were we about putting of money but what we had left was all inside the car. After lots of phone calls with no luck the sweetest receptionist in the world went above and beyond to help us get our car back. Her name was Amber and she not only got our car released but she got it released free of charge. She made us realize there are still good, genuine people out there and she deserves some type of recognition from management. Thanks again Amber and God bless!

My husband and I have been staying here for 2 months now. The room was clean when we first moved in and everything was the way it should be in the room. The staff is awesome, especially a front desk worker by the name of Nate, he is ALWAYS polite, NEVER rude, always has a smile on his face. I am enjoying our stay here.

My husband and I only leave an "excellent" because of the night staff. The hotel is pretty much as is. Housekeeping doesn't speak English, the laundry lady was running around cursing in front of my kids and bumming cigarettes and rides from people then had the cops there that night guess she lives there. Got moved due to rooms having no towels but the front desk guy nathan washed some and brought them to us along with pillows and blankets. Five stars just for that, he needs to work on a MUCH nicer hotel lol! Not a bad place to stay and right across from the beach so the price was perfect for being so close.

Jets also train in the skies above day and night which is cool to see too.
