Employee Sandy Webb, is the best. Also, delivery drive on call Friday night that came out in rainy weather to bring my sister her oxygen. Outstanding job thank you. On other hand office staff need serious help, with attitude.

I placed my order for portable oxygen bottle exchanges. The customer service representative was pleasant. The following day, the delivery man was extremely nice. You couldn't ask for anything more from him.

My significant other usually return my empty tanks for full ones. He's always met with pleasantries and he says that's a breath of fresh air. If no tanks are available at the time, we will receive a phone call informing us that the tanks are in. He picks them up with no problems.

I received notification to make an appointment for pickup of new CPAP. I arrived at the facility and told them why I was there. I was informed I wasn't on their schedule. I showed them the email with time and location. They located my equipment and set me up with it. Good service.

I think there are issues with your scheduling process. Not only did I not get on the locations schedule, I received an automated call to schedul an appointment after I had scheduled and received the email informing me of the date, time and place.

Angel was very kind and very knowledgeable about the equipment. The whole experience was quick and efficient.

The tech was on time, personable, worked quick and efficiently. He obviously "knew his stuff" because he worked like a well oiled machine, step after step until he finished. You can tell he takes pride in his work. My concern would be someone would take advantage of him when others don't pull their own weight. He was great! Give this guy a raise. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I was with him and by extension Clay Home Medical. You just don't get this service much any more. A++++++
