Super friendly staff set us up with a room really easy! Made arriving into Virginia Beach late at night a breeze.

Good clean room, and not overly expensive. Opt for that 6th floor if you can cause there's a great view up there!

I was actually pretty impressed with this hotel. We stayed in room 607 Jan13-15. The room was very clean and we loved the view from up there. The price was extremely affordable and my favorite part was the great continental breakfast provided. I loved having strawberry and blueberry waffles with ice cold milk. Can't beat that! We definitely enjoyed our visit.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, balconies are fairly private.

Located right on Atlantic, it's perfect to walk across the street to the beach, shops, or restaurants.

Breakfast is simple : bagels, toast, waffles, juice, coffee, and fruit - nice to have something to grab if you're visiting and have no food in the mini fridge!

This was a great hotel to stay at as it had fantastic pricing, great location, and clean rooms. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and very close to lots of great food options for all meals of the day. The rooms were very clean and the beds felt fine to me. The only thing I could knock it for is the continental breakfast. They have yogurt, bagels, toast, waffles, and fresh fruit and that's it. It's not too bad but if you're looking for something a bit more filling there are plenty of options around the area to try. Also has a great hot dog shop attached to it that's hard to spot called Beach Dogs. If you're looking to swim you're in luck! There is an outdoor HEATED pool. Great for those days when it's a bit chilly for the beach. Definitely keep your eyes open for deals on this hotel.

I am hesitant to leave a good review because I want them to have availability when it's time for our vacation. LOL This place is a great spot. It's not perfect but it fits the bill and we like it. I hate spending time researching hotels. I'd love to stay ocean front but it is so expensive. This place is just across the street. You can still see the ocean from the balcony on the left side. I was really disappointed that they stopped having eggs for their breakfast. But the employees have always been kind and helpful.

First thing I look for: Cleanliness. The room (120) was clean (sheets, floor, etc) and smelled clean, everything in working condition. Second, location: Restaurants, beach/boardwalk, is all around the hotel. Third, parking and access: My room was on the ground level and I was able to park right in front of my room, exceptional. Overall: it's not highend marble and gold covered everything, but it's nice, clean, reasonably priced compared to surrounding hotels, and PRACTICAL. Days Inn sits right in the middle of everything. That being said, there's a lot of noise because you're in the middle of everything, and in my opinion that's to be expected. The front desk clerk was polite. I would certainly stay here again. They offer breakfast 6am-10am.

If your looking for a place to stay. This would be it!! It's not perfect but it great to stay for a few day's. Most of the time we was swimming love the pool. Breakfast was good same thing every morning! But the good thing it was free so we saved a little there. Thanks for the stay!

Room was very nice! Clean and smelled good. The balcony was a plus… You could see the ocean…absolutely beautiful!

The hotel was really good. Personel were very nice when checking in and out. Room service was very good as well as the cafeteria for breakfast. The pool was very nice and the environment felt welcoming.

My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years. This hotel has only gotten better! Service is great and the rooms were very clean! Stay here every year for 4th of July week.

I had a great time staying here. you get what you pay for. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's not a 1 star hotel either. Hostess / manager was super friendly and gave us a great room with a great view. Rooms were cleaned but balcony just needed to be swept. Bathroom was ok, it needs to be remodeled because it has mold and water pressure is not as strong. Pool is awesome. This hotel is located at a great location, beach one block away and close to all the business. I do recommend this place. Hotel has a big parking lot. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Overall I had a great time staying here and relaxing by the pool and eating at all the restaurant's near it.

My family visited this hotel 2 times, they LOVE it! Our room was splendid! Staff are nice, elevators could be improved, exit signs and emergency lights could be updated. Pool is cold, but when you stay there for a few seconds, you get used to it! I'll definitely return! **I haven't tasted breakfast yet, but it looks delicious** :)

The front desk lady who was very nice and welcoming Betty I believe is how you spell her name. The property is very clean and well-kept up. They have upgraded quite a bit. They also have complementary breakfast and the best customer service

I read many reviews before deciding to stay here and to be honest I was pretty nervous since alot of them said the service was bad the rooms were disgusting and so on. So I'm giving 5 stars because the second I stepped out of the car we were treated with such kindness and respect, we had an 8 hour drive so we really needed the restroom and they hurried us to a bathroom then we were offered 2 different types of rooms, a balcony or no balcony with ocean view, we chose the balcony and so glad we did, we were still able to see the ocean and the spot where we parked our vehicle. The room was super clean. Beds were comfy, the air conditioner cold, and the shower hot (and very clean) what more can you ask for? My husband and daughter used the pool after dinner and loved it. We noticed they cleaned it everyday we were there and checked to make sure everything worked well. They do take pride here in this older hotel and it was very noticeable I would absolutely stay here again and again thank you days inn for making our vacation so memorable!!

This is usually where I get a room at every time I come to the beach for more than a day. It has a very nice view, the pool and hot tub are amazing, and the customer service is very pleasant and helpful! I can't wait to take more trips to stay here at the beach again! It's walking distance right where the shopping stores, food places and of course the beach!

5 stars all the way! I took the time to read some of the reviews both good and bad and I gotta point out that not every one can be pleased. For the amount that you’re paying and what you actually get and for where you are you can’t beat it. It’s a place that you’re resting your head for crying out loud. We understand the world we’re in and the time we’re in so you have to use compassion and understanding. No one want to work anymore and those who do are either over worked or have their own personal life problems or mixture of both. This doesn’t excuse problems or areas that could use improvement in no way but this is where we as humans remember that we’re all humans all going through the same thing. If you’re able bodied and expect more then come get a job there and put in the work and effort to make the change you want to see. Ah but see that’s were the issue comes in at. It’s easy to let out frustrations, which may be justified, but it’s much harder to be the change. Have compassion on the people who this is all they got and for the people who are working there do the best of your ability.

The night staff was great. I wasn’t able to catch the names of the woman and man working but beautiful spirits and kind. Funny too haha. Yeah the breakfast could use work but I was grateful for what they had. The rooms were spacious, and beds softer than any other hotel or motels I stayed in. (I’ve been to quite of few places) the cleanest place I’ve been in thus far and the safest place I’ve felt. Not exaggerating when I say this, but it felt like a slice of Heaven the night I stayed there. I was overjoyed the entire time! Now I may have some bias because I’ve seen some hardships that not many people do, but for what was provided I’m definitely glad I stayed there. Thank you for the stay!

The room was nice and big with a private balcony with the city view and some beach view. The breakfast was great too they offered waffles, cereal, oatmeal, justices and bagels and so much more .
There is a fitness center , and it was walking distance to everything. Shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops and bars.
I will recommend this place it's kids friendly,
