Comfort Inn Woodstock Shenandoah

I travel between PA and NC several times a year and this is my new go-to hotel! It's clean, reasonable and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. They take dogs at a reasonable cost with a great dog walking area. A bonus is there are a lot of places to eat literally right behind the hotel.

Awesome place stay and relax your tired travel. Very neat, clean and quiet place. Every person in the hotel was kind and smiling face, the rooms weee spacious had tv, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and good working AC/ Heater. The sheets were clean and soft. Breakfast included self making waffles, eggs and cereals. Well there was some issue with the elevator but that’s kind of temporary and I believe would be fixed sooner. I felt this place is much better than some of the 5 star hotels we stayed before. Thank you visit you soon again.

One of the best "at the interstate on/off ramp" hotels I have stayed in. The excellent condition and cleanliness of the hotel reflects how great the staff really cares. Karen is absolutely fantastic about making sure that breakfast is wonderful. Wow!!....make your own waffles!!! A nice pool for all to enjoy. Ike, at the front desk, extremely helpful and professional. A super place to overnight or stay a few days.

Clean rooms and a nice breakfast area. The view of the mountains is great. There are horse races on the weekend next to the hotel, if you are interested. Many rooms are pet friendly. Many stores close by.

Best hotel I had my lodging very well maintained inside and outside the breakfast is awesome . The most important it's pet friendly and there is ample of space outside to walk your pet . Future visit will not hesitate to lodge there. Thank you to the management.

Had a little mix up with the reservation. No big deal…Other than that EVERYONE was Nice. The room was impeccable and even smelled clean🤗 All in all the property looks World Class!!!

Great experience overall. Front desk clerk was friendly. Rooms were clean, breakfast bar had a great assortment of danish, toast, cereal, fruits, eggs, waffles. Would definitely recommend.

We stay here every fall for about 6 weekends of horse racing. Nice rooms. Always clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Well run hotel and I’ve never had anything worth complaining about from the service or facility. There are many food and basic needs options nearby as well.

Great location. Very quiet and comfortable. Rooms are clean and comfortable bedding. Pillows are new and fluffy. Bathroom was clean. Only downfall I could see was the towels were laying flat on a wooden shelf under the sink. The breakfast in the morning is one of the best I've had in a motel. Everything you could want and then some. Highly recommend!

We stopped in late on a business trip up to Baltimore and we were pleasantly surprised by the view of the morning sunrise over the valley through the window of our room. The bed was perfect and the room was clean. Definitely a great place to stay!

I first stayed at this hotel in 2010 or 2011, and I continue to try to time our vacation drives so that we can stay here on our trips.

After a very brief internet search from home this hotel was pet friendly at the lowest price in the area. The pet room we had had zero evidence of previous pets, kind of disappointed that the curtains weren't cat shredded and no pee stains were on the floor. We like it nasty usually, haha!
Our 3-year-old loved the breakfast (human not pet).

Best Comfort Inn we've stayed at in a while. The young lady at the desk at 10:30 pm on Saturday night was very pleasant. The two ladies working at breakfast Sunday morning kept everything loaded and cleaned, even took trash from several people when finished. Above and behind for any hotel! As with all hotels got noisy around 7 am but that's expected. I always wear ear plugs. Felt like I was in my own bed. Very clean. My only wish is that all hotels would supply a correct, hard copy, TV channel listing. This one did have a guide on the TV so that helped.

Aaron checked us in and went out of his way to make us comfortable. I noticed him multi tasking with different tasks as if he was the owner. A rare thing for a young person to have so much ambition. Housekeeping was great providing a clean well appointed room. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately I cannot rate the breakfast as it was not provided. Grab and go was sad and go. Hope to see breakfast return when it is safe. Offering breakfast gets more reservations. Thank you for a wonderful stay Aaron.

The hospitality that was shown to my family and I was unprecedented. We had car troubles so we had to stay for two nights. The staff made sure we were will taking care of. I recommend Comfort Inn Woodstock to anyone traveling 81.

Our vehicle was disabled while traveling on I81 so we were forced to find a hotel that would allow three small dogs. Holiday Inn Express refused us so we chose the Comfort Inn of Woodstock. Very nice hotel with a very friendly staff! Our room was clean and comfortable. They did not provide continental breakfast possibly due to C19 but there are plenty of fast food restaurants within walking distance plus at least one convenience store. Would definitely stay here again.

I was traveling home and decided to stop at the Woodstock Comfort Inn. All I can say is Wow! The entrance was warm and incredibly cozy. My room was very spacious and elegant with a beautiful skyline. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a lot of variety. Make sure upon checking in you say hi to "Weston". He was so knowledgeable about the history of the hotel. He also had some great recommendations for places to eat in the area. He had a great personality and smile that would light up any room. I am definitely coming back for vacation and bringing my family along as well. This is by far the best place I've stayed in long time.
