This T.J Maxx is decently organized and the staff is very welcoming!

If I see a TJ Maxx, I stop and shop. It's just one of those stores that has items you may not even know you need... This store is no exception. This store, in particular, was especially neat and clean. The shelves were neat and well atocked. The place was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The store was easy and ample parking.

It's probably one of the most organized TJ Maxx stores I've been to. Busy, but the entire area is so that's expected if you go here. They usually have quite a few registers open, so the line moves quickly.

We love this store! They always have a great array of clothing, makeup, and shoes. However, it's been hard to shop here this summer due to the air conditioning not working! I can't even imagine what those poor workers go through every day! We run into Tj Maxx about in 10 minutes max, you're already sweating. It doesn't keep me out, but it does limit my time to about 10 minutes in the store. A quick glance here and there and that's all we can take!
Please fix your air!!!!

So many gift items to choose from. I could have satisfied all my holiday shopping.

I've had a better experience while shopping here than I did at the Marshalls in Williamsburg. Friendly and helpful staff. Management listens to their customers.

Never know what you may find but whatever it is you can be sure that it is priced right! I usually end up buying things that I don't need but that's okay, just fun stopping in.

Nitoshia/Nitashia is the best and friendliest associate I have ever encountered at TJ maxx! Truly an asset to their team. Also, I don’t usually apply for store rewards but she is the only associate that has explained the perks.

I found some great Christmas decorations for my next year's theme, rose gold winter wonderland. I'm very happy with the angel with rose gold on her dress. I purchased a huge container of rose gold, silver, white and gold Christmas ornaments and a candle holder with rose gold. Were the items waiting for me? Yes! Thanks TJmaxx.

Favorite location. I tried to be adventurous and go to the one in Newport New, never again. The Williamsburg location is much friendlier. Whenever there is a line forming at the registers, everyone is quick to hop on and get the customers through quickly. I don't mind waiting but it's a nice gesture.

Just bought some pieces of furniture and the service is excellent. Chuck helped us carry everything. Love Tj Max. Great customer service and great products. I would give 10 starts if I could.

Honestly, T.J. Maxx has such a good selection of clothing and home items. Their prices were SO much better than Target's! I was so pleasantly surprised about this.

They always seem to have a great selection of various items. My only desire is that they would mark down their clearance items a bit. $5 off the original price is hardly a clearance price, in my opinion.

But I love T.J. Maxx and will continue to stop in to peruse the store and look for deals and cute cloths.

I left my phone somewhere in the store and didn't realize it until I had left I went back to TJ Maxx, and they actually had put my phone away. A honest person turned it in! See, there are truly honest people and good people in this world!
