Store was clean and neat. Enough staff available to help and they were all very friendly.

It Might have been an inventory day because staff was very dressed down. Should have noted that at the the door and the cash registers. I didnt like seeing the staff dressed in inferior clothing than i was looking to purchase. But i did find what i needed and had a good experience.

Love this store. There is always so much to see and the prices are very fair. The associates are always friendly and helpful. Shout out to David who helped me yesterday. I had a cart full as I was Christmas shopping and he was very patient and handled my items with care. Keep being awesome.

A 5 star rating due to a clean store. Items are priced right. The only drawback is they need more help at check out. But who doesn't these days?

Always love going to Belk. I can never leave the store without finding something I can use or can give as a gift. The prices are reasonable. They usually always have coupons.

This store was very neat, clean, and organized. I was returning an item that I bought online. The associate was polite, friendly, and professional. I am still trying to come to grips with describing what kind of business this is. It seems everything was on sale (40% Off... See photos...). It seems to be a cross between Macy's (upscale, stylish, and new...) and TJ Max (Nice items, but last year's styles, with many close out items...). Easy parking and lots of other stores near by, check it out yourself...

Update Feb 2019 -- Wife and I shopped there today. Bought numerous items. Point I want to make concern the sales associate, Betsy, was friendly and professional. Then during the checking out, she had to sneeze, she turned, blew her nose, and the she gave her hands a squirt of sanitized, wiped her hands, turned and apologized. So surprising to see this being done... Oh don't get me wrong, I expect this, but so seldom see it. It's like thanking someone for something and having them say, "no problem...", rather than than " You're welcome..." So I just want to call out Betsy for being there and say she helped make our shopping experience great!

Belk offers friendly service and maintains a clean store environment. What stands out the most is their wonderful variety of items, catering to diverse shopping needs and preferences. It's a pleasant place to shop with a great selection.

The store was organized and well stocked. It was very busy but they managed to keep the lines moving despite some rather rude customers.

The store is clean and well organized. Located in Williamsburg VA, at the historic colonial area. Belk offers a variety of merchandise for women, men, home, etc. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. This gem 💎 store is hiding.

My first time shopping at Belk. Loved it. Very nice clothing selection plus a 60% off coupon offered from the website. Staff were friendly and changing rooms were neat and clean. Got lots of awesome tops that were high quality. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Store is nice clean and well organized. I selected a beautiful necklace from the jewelry case great staff it was so nice that they were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

My first time learning of this store. The clothing styles for curvy women are top notch. The quality of their merchandise is above par. They were having a sale of all sales and most of the merchandise was up to 90% off!!! WOW!!!

Never disappointed with Belk. The store always has what I'm looking for with incredible prices. Sales associates most times are efficient and pleasant even when the line to check out is 5-6 people deep.

I love the Williamsburg Belk store. Great sales, and a very nice Ralph Lauren collection. They are open until 9pm which is super convenient. Pro tip: they get cool designer returns from online shoppers and larger Belk stores, so check out the special finds rack. Last time I was in, they had some Calvin Klein, Steve Madden, and Nannette Lepore. They have nice menswear and home decor, too. Shop often and keep them in business!!!

Great sale items and discounts.

HELP NEEDED. VERY SHORT STAFFED. You get flexible hours, 20% additional discount and frequent double discounts. I'm told comparable pay to other area retail stores. You can now use the store WiFi for 2 hours to download or use your app if your cell service is not so good in store. Nothing can be done about the stained carpet from the store as that's a corporate thing. Sorry about mess SEE MY FIRST 2 SENTENCES.
