This place is honestly the best post office I've been to since moving to Florida 8 years ago. They are always friendly and helpful and explain things clearly. They also have a counter where you can pack your stuff and a tape gun you can use if you need it, unlike the regular post office where they make you buy a tiny roll of tape for $5. I highly recommend this location.

Smaller post office but they have the same services and features as any other post office where I've posted mail. There's a counter with a clerk who was friendly and sold me some postcard stamps. There are official post office boxes. There is a display with priority and express mail packaging.

I was able to get my stamps and drop off the letter that I needed to mail. Job done.

This post office is much nicer than the big post office. It’s tucked away so wait times are not that long. Just make sure you aren’t sending Certified Checks that need to get to its final destination in 5 days as the company as a whole has gone down hill.

Not the fault of this location but my Certified Check got lost even though it was sent via certified mail. My mail was supposed to stay in Florida but for some reason it went to Illinois. Their help team over the phone is beyond useless, assuming you can get ahold of someone. If your mail ends up at the Carol Stream Distribution Center in Illinois then expect to have to wait 3 weeks till it finally arrives at its destination.

Neighborhood postal station that I have been going to for over 25 years. This team has experience and does an excellent job in helping with your postal needs. They always help by explaining your options before you decide what is the best way to mail. You actually get to talk with people who care and take pride.

I love visiting this post office. It's like a small town business. I had the pleasure of dealing with Pearl today. She was so nice. Where I come from in MD, going to the post office this time of year would be a nightmare. Not here. I hope they all have a wonderful holiday after working so hard.

The man was very nice. He packed up my box for me and got it all sent out. This saved me the trouble of finding a box, packing peanuts and tape and then getting it ready. Of course it cost me but it was worth it.

The experience is always pleasant and friendly here.

This place is fantastic! Small post office but no matter what your postal needs are they can help. Right now they have P.O. Boxes available which is unusual considering how displaced some people are cuz of hurricane Ian. Right now a vast majority of people have to drive to the airport to get their mail! $90 for six months! Good deal for the services rendered. Helpful staff, organized for all your needs is just a part of what they have to offer! Check em out.

See that there are bad reviews about this certain location. I personally never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Will answer any questions you have. Love the hours , so still have time to drop of packages after work.

I have lived in the neighborhood of this local post office for 40 years. This facility is the very best post office ever, anywhere and the owner is THE nicest man to deal with, contrary to comments made by the woman with the toddler who left. Don't be misled by negative, demanding customers who sometimes cause their own problems. This place rocks.

Quick. Efficient, great staff. It's unusual but they actually had more than four people working in this small store and things got taken care of very quickly while there was a line of about eight people it went so quick it was amazing.

Really impressed! This post office provides you with free tape! They have a lot of boxes to choose from and they help you figure out what’s the best way to send something. Great cards and stamps! But most of all- great people! Thank you!

This place is just fine. The people working here are nice (reviews to the contrary are old) and service is prompt and helpful.
If you're a film buff, the interior atrium of the building is right out of a '50s movie.
I wouldn't blink if Bogart and Bacall were seated at a table under the potted rubber trees.

Not too crowded and pleasant

Convenient little spot right near my house. A lot of times there is a line like any other post office but they move it along very quickly. Barely ever have to wait long at all. Plus it’s more of a privately run post office so it’s run much better than a federally owned spot.

Who would expect that great service and post office go in same sentence? Very friendly (Claire) and helpful. So different from government workers. We will go out og our way to this post office.

The staff is fast and friendly, particularly the guy with the beard. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for his name, but let's call him Steve. Steve was great! I had to ship out some very heavy 5 gallon buckets to CA for hiking resupplies and he helped me get everything taken care of.

I love this Post Office !! The woman with the accent (Latino?) is most helpful and very Customer Oriented!! She exhibits Trust which is why I drive 4 1/2 miles out of my way to go here to mail packages or envelopes that need to be weighed or have a certified or tracking sticker.
There are a few small 'post office' locations nearby (in strip malls) that don't seem reliable to me. I can walk to a few; however I'd rather drive to 8841 College Parkway.
[Something confusing to me about this Fort Myers Beach area (South Fort Myers) and it's not just with me. Natives from here have told me that often packages are never delivered, checks they mail are lost, legal and regular mail isn't found even if it is shown on USPS Informed Delivery. I am still waiting for items that I'm sure are 'lost' somewhere. I don't know if it's incompetence, thievery, or just not caring].
I'm glad that THIS Post Office (at 8841 College Prkwy) is consistent and reliable.
It's worth my time to travel out of my way to go there!!
