My wife and I went to this Best Buy for a Christmas gift. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we needed help, etc. This particular location is the cleanest of the other's we've been in. The employees are nicer. They seem happy and want to actually help you. This location also has the best selection and the most merchandise to!

Wow! What can I say? Graham was our sales associate and he was awesome! My husband and I were lost on picking a tv and a laptop and he was so knowledgeable about everything we asked! And his patience was impeccable. We are not that tech savvy but he helped us understand everything he was teaching us about. We will definitely shop only at this location, because we know if Graham is there, we’ll get the assistance we need. We got an 85 inch Sony and a new hp touchscreen laptop that was in our price range . We also loved that Graham showed us items that were out of our price range and in, because he just wanted to compare and show us the difference but also let us know that even if we had to go with the lesser option.. that he would make sure we got the best option! Thanks again Graham at Best Buy on Princess Anne Va Beach . Take it from me, ask for Graham! He’s the man!!!

I used my Rewards credit money to purchase an item online. It was not what I expected so I took it back and the return was great. They were able to apply my credit back to my account without any difficulties.

Well lit and very clean. Staff is helpful but not pushy. Prices have gotten a lot better and it was even the most affordable place to buy my washer and dryer!!

Best Buy saves the day again!! I was at a nearby Starbucks when my old mouse finally gave out.

Logitech already makes reliable quality products, so when I saw this mouse on-sale I grabbed the last one available.

The adjustment options of the weights is nice to get a good custom feel tailored to your needs.

Best place for tech. Sale prices are usually pretty good too. I believe they still do Amazon price match but I'm not sure. Can't hurt to ask.

Awesome Service. Placed an order online and picked it up. Everything was ready well before the hour mark. The gal at customer service helping me was awesome too. This is my favorite Best Buy location. A+

Went to buy a new phone, and this was the only location that had what I wanted. The young man was well-spoken, polite, and fast. We were out of the store in less than an hour! Great store overall. I don't live in Va Beach, but I'd gladly make the trip if I needed to.

Love going to Best buy to look around. Now this location does feel a little smaller

It was very good , I bought a TV and was in and out pretty fast

When I went into the store and talked to a salesman I wasn't very happy with his attitude and his helping me. I ended up going to a store manager Mike who helped me 100% apologized for the inconvenience with the first sales person and couldn't understand why they were like that. I will be returning. I remember when they built the store and have been a customer since and that what was so uncomfortable with the salesman that I had that day. I have never experienced anything but great information and service and of course when I bought something it was what I wanted.

I went to Best Buy on Saturday Feb ll, 2023! I was waiting patiently and gentlemen told me he’d be with me soon because he was helping somebody! Then this young gentleman came up to me, and was really nice and friendly. His name was, Jarhud H ! Because I wanted to look at the TVs and I’m trying to decide between a Sony in an LG, I’m deciding between a 50 inch and a 55 inch! You show me the difference between the 60 Hz and 120 Hz in with the different called a picture it was! I appreciate his patience and explanation of things I was quite sure if ! Then he told me I can sign up for a program where they can come to your house for free and make sure the TV fits on your wall! Well the gentleman called me a hour after I left the store to set the appointment! The manager even came over, and I’m not even sure of her name and health as well! Thanks for the great service ! Please use the Best Buy at Landstown it’s the best store !

This location is so much better than every other Best buy around Hampton roads. They are always nice when I walk in the store. Always willing to help. Their customer service is GREAT.

He sold me the Acer - Predator Helios 300 - 15.6" QHD 240Hz Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB DDR5 - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti - 1TB SSD. This laptop's normal price is $2099.00. He pointed out the sell price of $ 1299.00, saving me over $700.00! I felt like I needed to buy him dinner. He also answered some very technical questions about the TV refresh rate and its relationship between HD and Ultra High Definition. Highly Recommended!

Good first experience with the onsite Geek Squad Agents. The staff customer service was attentive, providing support immediately without a wait. The agent ran a scan, asked for details about the issue and offered potential solutions and prevention at the interview.
My favorite I would recommend is Agent Action Jackson! Courteous, focused, through, and willingly took on the case even though he was close to the end of his shift. Definitely a GSA asset!
