Wendy's

I have been getting a burger here atleast once a month for 3 years now. They have never messed up my order. Its been perfect. I marked service down 1 star because i always order online ahead to pick up at drive thru. Most times, the only thing ever said to me is. Hi, can I take your order", followed by "You can pull forward". The second window rarely ever says anything. They just hand me the food and shut the window. I think "Please pull forward" would be nicer and maybe the second window saying hello would help. But, as I said, my orders have been perfect and I appreciate the accuracy they provide.

This Wendys is much better run than others I have been to. I usually get my order at the drive thru around lunch time. Despite being quite busy, the service there is quick and courteous, and the food is consistently very good. They have a very good system at the drive up.

I ordered the Southwest Avocado Salad. Delicious! I went through the drive-thru, they took my order as soon as I pulled up, had me to the window, paid and delivered my food within no time. Quick, friendly service with great tasting food...what more can you ask for?!

Staff was awesome. Food was hot and fresh. Service with a smile! I love this place!

I work nearby and so I am at this Wendy’s often… The Drive Thru during weekday lunch hour has stayed consistently great! The Drive Thru staff have always been pleasant and my order has always been ready quickly. I love that I have a reliable fast food place nearby!

Honestly we went the on our way to busch gardens front water country the food was definitely good but the coca-cola freestyle soda machine didn't have hardly any drinks. We had to ask employees to fill out cups behind the counter to Many times. As we are we heard the manager say fill the machine. "Sir you supposed to stay in top of this. But that was the only issue store was also very clean.

In and out drive thru less than half the price of Chick-fil-A. And no wait at all.

The McDonald’s across the street was dirty so we chose Wendy’s for breakfast. The dining room was clean! The staff was very friendly and they laughed with each other and their customers. A nice way to start the day. Our breakfast sandwiches and potatoes were delicious.

Everything was hot and well made. It was very busy but didn’t have to wait long. Recommend overall.

There were a lot of customers, but they pumped the food out nice and quick.

James Towne is always beautiful in any Weather! My wife and I can't even begin to imagine what it was like landing here after a 3 month+ voyage to no paths no lights not knowing what lay ahead of them when survival wasn't a game!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. You never see that anymore! Thanks for a great Fast-food experience

I never was a big Wendy's fan but OMG they never lied when they said the fries are always hot piping-hot fresh out the grease very delicious I even love their burgers the bacon Jr and just recently I tried some french fries with the garlic and cheddar oh my goodness I will recommend this place specially if you want hot fries

Bit of a wait but just bad timing on my end. Didn't notice that bus full of people had all gone inside at once. Had a coupon - even 2 for 1 - couldn't justify the cost. Still, nice place.

Wendy's is the best fast food restaurant. It's cheaper than any other fast food place, and better than most of them. This location specifically had our food ready quickly, something you don't always get at fast food restaurants these days. They also got our order perfectly correct, another thing you don't always get at fast food restaurants these days.

Service was so fast my food came back with my card! And it's delicious! Thank you Wendy's! U guys are rocking it!

As far as fast food goes, this is the spot. Consistently fresh food and great service. Be warned that this can be a busy location while busch gardens is open.

The precious lady that took our order was so friendly and sweet. She kept the place looking nice. I truly appreciated her service

The people that work here are outstanding -professional, polite, and friendly. The food we bought for the family was delicious. I’m certain that if we’d had any issues, they would have promptly made it right. I had a wonderful time talking with a special lady named Yom——-, whom I will never forget for the rest of my life. She is clearly an amazing woman and Wendy’s is lucky to have her! In addition to all this, the restaurant was clean and easily accessible for those on their way to Busch Gardens or elsewhere. I highly recommend it!
