The Four Points is so well run. We needed a place to stay after we were overbooked and both Adi and Jeff were incredibly helpful. As was Pavan-in training- throughout the trip. The standards of this hotel are very high, their cleanliness and service. We loved our stay here, and would choose it again. Also, it’s further down the beach so it’s more quiet which is big.

Hello. Five stars all the way for the Four Points Sheraton Virginia Beach.
I took my daughter away for a father and daughter holiday.
The front desk clerk Geeta gave great service. We were a bit early and she found us a room to check into.
The room was nice and clean. The shower was amazing. We loved the balcony with the chairs and table to enjoy some fresh air.
The underground parking made for safe parking.
The location of the hotel is amazing. Right in the middle of the boardwalk and the beach area.
We ate all our meals at the Jumpin' Shrimp restaurant. It was that good. Eggs benedict for breakfast, amazing. Great salads for lunch. The calamari was outstanding. We had it for lunch and dinner. Dinner we had the grilled Salmon with veggies and garlic mashed potatoes. Really good. The crab dip was to die for. The smashed burger was really good as well.
Great service. Vlada and Nick were awesome. Susan at the bar was amazing. So friendly and gave such good service.
All in all just a great experience. We will be back.

Phenomenal!! Rooms look SO neat and clean, I almost don't want to touch anything they look impeccable. All the rooms have a balcony and an ocean view, it really is a dream hotel. Staff is outstanding as always. I’ll be back!!

Just stayed a few days here. Hotel was clean and accomodating. Everyone pleasant.
Although the restaurant there was horrible. The only staff that even had a smile was a new bartender and hostess. Noone else even smiled. I got the sense they all hated their jobs. We went for breakfast. .the wait for our $5 mimosa was beyond ridiculous along with our meals. I ordered eggs benedict and it was the first time ever i left it on my plate. Terrible. My friend got the combo breakfast and they forgot his pancake and said it went to someone else? Serious training needed here. I knew we were in trouble when customers were leaving after finally getting their bill and said...good luck!
Go to sunny cafe a few blocks within walking distance if you want a good breakfast. Again hotel was great but the restaurant is a bad reflection for them.

Very sweet staff at reception. Great room with a balcony toward the beach. But in our room the bathroom/sink set up was wonky. No counter space, no shelf to sit anything on. I don't sit things on the floor!

Four Points Hotel provided a pleasant stay with its friendly staff, delectable breakfast (though not included), and a breathtaking ocean view from the room. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room added to the positive experience. However, it's worth noting that the bathroom, while clean, is on the smaller side. Despite this, the overall combination of excellent service, delicious breakfast, and a stunning ocean view makes Four Points a noteworthy choice.

Our room was meticulously clean. Tamara was our housekeeper, and she does an impeccable job keeping those rooms clean.

The view is great. The location is ideal. There's a charging station for your electric car, and it's free, which I always appreciate when traveling with my own vehicle. And everyone of the staff members were fantastic.

The hotel rooms are dated and could really use to be refreshed. The flooring is stained, the mattresses are old and worn, the sinks are cracked, it's just old.

Happy Hour is all day, 8am-9pm.

Overall, our stay here was well worth the price! I feel like I got a lot more value here than the 23 other hotels I've stayed at this year. Other upscale hotels and resorts are sometimes just as worn out and they charge you if you touch the water and coffee cup, (looking at you every MGM brand) but here there's bottled water, tea and coffee on your table daily. These little amenities are always appreciated, and not always available at hotels.

This place has been upgraded! Fabulous stay! Wonderful front desk. Complimentary room upgrade. Wonderful staff.

We were there in February. Maybe off season. Rooms were very clean. Restaurant downstairs was surprisingly delicious! Highly recommend!

The hotel has been recently renovated and is very nice inside. We had zero issues. Beds are comfortable and the shower was hot! The free coffee in the morning is delicious. The view of the pier and the ocean is delightful! I would stay here again.

Here about a week ago with friend. Room was clean and spacious. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Front desk staff quick and very nice and helpful on the evening shift. We did have a little elevator issue, but was resolved very quickly by front desk. Only drawback for me was parking due to its a garage. But overall for the price and location, it was great. Would stay again.

Awesome location right on the boardwalk. Very relaxing watching the ships go by, even saw a pod of dolphins cruising around just off the beach.

I wish it was cold but I had an amazing stay. We saw dolphins early morning!

Friendly service. Clean rooms. The rooms are a little smaller than other hotels I have stayed at on Oceanfront. But I would stay again maybe. I don't like that There is no breakfast, Just coffee. Most hotels do have that available to their guest. You have to buy your breakfast downstairs or go out.

This hotel is on the far side but is nice because is close to the pier

Rooms were a little small, compared to other local hotels. The convenience store on the main floor was fantastic. Great service!
