Walmart Neighborhood Market

This store is always clean and well stocked, staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the fact that it's never as busy as Super Walmart. Even on a Saturday morning I can go in with my 70 year old and it's not super crowded.

I like that the store is smaller. It's easier and quicker to get in and out. The managers here have not always been polite or helpful, but I haven't seen them recently. Hopefully they have been replaced, but I can't comment because I haven't needed any help for a while.

Great amazing service, went last Wednesday with my grandmother since I’m visiting from out of town. She doesn’t mind alot of people so we decided to try this place for groceries and the service we’ve received could not have been any better. Anything we’ve asked for we were directed in the right place, and the self checkout service, couldn’t asked for better. Cole I believe was the young boy’s name, helped my grandmother pack some of the bags and he even asked to assisted us to the car to ensure we were secured. Next time I’m in Virginia Beach I know exactly where I feel entrusted to.

Today was my first time visiting this Walmart neighborhood market. I had to pick up a prescription today today because my normal neighborhood Walmart location did not have the prescription that I normally get for my son. I came all the way from Norfolk Virginia Little Creek to Holland road today, and I'm glad I did. The staff at the pharmacy was excellent. Jeremy the pharmacist did an exceptional job in making sure I had prescription for my son. I need to his prescription this week because I was going out of town, and I wanted my son to have his medication after spring break. Jeremy made that happen. I spoke to a young lady earlier this week, I did not get her name but she was also a big help to me and making sure my son got his medicine. Thanks to the pharmacy staff at this Walmart neighborhood Mart. If I was to ever need you again you will be the first pharmacy I will come too. Keep continuing to do your best at what you do!!!

This is the BEST, Walmart in Virginia Beach! I typically have anxiety shopping in bigger crowds, however, Cole from this location greeted me and made me feel welcome. Not only that he took a look at my list, helped me find everything for a great price, recommended me different products I could use, and got me in an out by assisting in the self-checkout section! WONDERFUL ESTABLISHMENT, and WONDERFUL STAFF. (PROMOTE COLE ASAP)

I came in today for some eggs and milk, was having a rough start but was greeted by man with long hair at checkout, my day has been better ever since!

The self-check out associate was super helpful (no regular registers between the weather and Covid), the aisles were being tended to, and the parking lot was clear of ice and safe to drive through. No complaints about this location or today's visit! The cons of this trip, like food and missing items, are out of their control so I won't fault them. Everyone is having labor and food shortages or high prices to compensate. Would recommend!

cole was a helpful and kind worker. every time i see him when he’s working he always has a smile on his face and makes sure to give me a wave.

This is the best Walmart Neighborhood Market that I have visited. I was greeted by a friendly employee as I came through the front door, the store was impeccably clean and very well stocked. It was well laid out, and organized and bright and cheerful. In my opinion, when you have a management team who knows how to work with a staff team to create such an outstanding shopping experience for their customers financial success for all is inevitable. Congratulations to Walmart and every employee at this store for a great job!!

I had a lovely experience at this Walmart! I ordered groceries through the app, checked in before I left my house, and the employees (Jhannae & Kea) were out by my car assisting me before I even wrote what parking spot I was in. They were both extremely professional and incredibly kind. I left the experience with everything I asked for and more, feeling grateful that they were the ones who took care of my order. Definitely the fastest and best service I’ve received at any Walmart, in any state.

Today I had a great experience with cole he greeted me with a smile and took the time to make my day better I appreciate the service.

The pharmacy staff is wonderful. I can usually find what I went in for except for the Walmart brand of bacon, egg and cheese croissants. My daughter loves those for breakfast. It's like they either don't order enough.

It is about2miles from my home, and i often stop by and get food items and fruits on my way home, i am thankful.

I shop here 3-4 times a week. As a Consumables Manager myself, I find the store very pleasant! The store manager is very friendly and visible on the floor. The associates always ask me if I'm ok. I love this store!! It's run very well!!!!!

Staff I've encountered are always friendly and willing to help. Walmart usually has everything you need or want. I especially enjoy the marinated cilantro chicken breast that I can just pop in oven on those long work days. They even have a family pack of variety pieces of chicken marinated in a southwestern marinade. You add a side dish and dinners complete. Great products at a great value

I love the fact I can if everything I want and a fast checkout with a cashier at the Holland rd location.
