Smash Burger was Magnifique!!! Easy. Great variety of food, shakes and Ice Cream. Never knew this place was here, but so glad we found it. (Look at the juice in that burger baby!! Oh yeah.)

The Salty Cow is a hidden gem located in the middle of nowhere on a side road off of Rte 202 in West Chester, but worth the find! My husband & I wanted a good milkshake, which is how I found this place when searching restaurants in the area. Based off of pictures and reviews we decided to check it out and it sure was worth it. The staff was friendly. The place was very clean. We ordered the Pub-style burger (special sauce on it is amazing), truffle fries (yummy), and milkshakes...everything was delicious 😋!!! Their ice cream is homemade and our milkshakes were oh so good! I hade the cookies & cream. My hubby had mint cookie chocolate chip. Definitely visiting this place again...you should too!!!!

Super great casual place for family dinner, quick lunch, and of course ice cream! The prices are a little high for the burgers and fries in my opinion, but everything else is great portions for the price. My favorites are the smash burger salad and the turkey and avocado BLT sandwich. All of the ice cream is amazing and portions are huge.

Update 3/2024: remains a family favorite! Chicken Cobb salad, chicken cheesesteak, and chicken fingers are our new favorites, but everything still great (burger remains not a favorite due to value for the price). Staff is so friendly and helpful!

We go here a few times a year. Burgers and pizza are standard fare, not spectacular, but pretty darn good for the price point. If you like spicy, the Nashville Hot pizza or chicken sandwich are hot, excellent spice! The real winner is the ice cream. I get chocolate marshmallow with whipped cream, but every flavor I've tried is great.

It's a BYOB kind of place, so bring the kids, a couple beers, get some good food and ice cream, enjoy the park out back. Makes for a great evening.

The location is peaceful and serene. The interior is homey and very spacious. Good quality tables and chairs. Employees are friendly and they have a full ice cream parlor style freezer and serving station right up front! Best of both worlds. A real gem, will return. ALSO pizza was phenomenal, good flavor but not fake, crust was very tasty. Have to get ice cream next time! :)

WOW! Words cannot express the amazingness left on my taste buds! This place was absolutely amazing! And 10/10 BEST food truck to date! Will be following to find them as they travel. Yes, it’s that good! And the service was 2nd to none. Thank u guys again! Love it! 6 starts!

Food was awesome. Staff were helpful and cool. The ice cream was obviously fresh and amazing also. Would do again.

Always quality, delicious food. I won’t get ice cream from anywhere else now. Love this gem ! Service team is always kind.

I enjoyed a mushroom, cheese and onion hoagie with a cup of hot coffee. Nice place - quiet. 😀

GREAT food, exceptional staff, outdoor seating and our fur son was able to be with us for lunch!

I work at a retirement home, and I took my residents in for pizza, burgers, fries, and ice cream. The food was amazing, the employees were friendly and very helpful. The pumpkin pie ice cream was wonderful

I need y’all to open a location in the DC area. Preferably the Virginia side.

We had the most amazing lunch here AND treated ourselves to ice cream for dessert. The ladies behind the counter were so friendly and the place was very clean! We’ll be back for more of both!

This is a real gem. What makes it special - The food is consistently well prepared and delicious, the staff is smiling and friendly and it’s well maintained. Lovely option of dining outside in nice weather. Great ice cream and a beautiful park behind the restaurant to walk off the delicious calories. The manager, Tim, is very friendly and responsive. He hires great staff and we look forward to every trip there. Thanks !

Hate to say this but. Grilled Cheese was best ever. Mozzerella and American.
With incredible fried flavorful onions.

Afraid to try anything else because my wife won't get another house that is closer to this Magic Cow to be The Salty Cow.

I go here very often. I will say, the food is good, but the california salad isn't worth the money. It's just lettuce. It has so little of anything else its just not worth it. The pizza is great, the fries are awesome. Staff is nice. Ice cream is awesome too.

I love this casual place. They have great burgers, salads fries,homemade ice cream and more. I'm currently addicted to their coffee milkshake. All the folks who work there are
pleasant and friendly.

Just had a burger from Salty Cow, and it was just a high-quality, tasty burger with good tomato and pickles, great sauce on it too. And they honor medium/rare requests, that's also not always a given.
