A & S Carpet Collection

This is our 2nd time using A&S. They were easy to work with and very knowledgable about their products. The install went smoothly and we love our new carpet! I highly recommend them.

A&S did an excellent job for us at a fair price. They were very helpful in the design phase and encouraged us to take home as many flooring and carpeting samples as we needed to make a decision. The installation went very smoothly; Tom & Chris (flooring) and Don and (another) Tom (carpeting) worked very hard to make everything look spectacular while staying on schedule. (And they did a great job cleaning up at the end of every day). Our only suggestion for improvement would be with A&S staying in better touch while we waited for back ordered materials to arrive - a weekly update would’ve been good, even if only to say they had no news. Instead, we had to call them to see what was going on. But in the end we were very happy with the result and plan to use A&S again.

Our entire experience was positive and we are very happy with our carpet. The sales people allowed us to take time to explore, while answering any questions we had. The carpet came in faster than expected, but the scheduler worked with us to meet our schedule needs. Finally, the installers were very friendly and worked hard to get everything installed faster than what was originally estimated. The quality of their work was very good.
We did get an estimate from another firm, and they were difficult to work with and to answer our questions. Their estimate also came in higher, so it was an easy decision to make to go with A&S.

A&S Carpet is a great flooring company. They worked with our budget perfectly. The installers were professional, timely, and very nice. We will be using them for future flooring needs.

We recently had A & S Carpet Collection install luxury vinyl plank flooring in four rooms of our home. Everyone we dealt with was professional, and they were very easy to work with. Frank did the measuring and ordering, and even stopped back a few times to be sure that it was accurate. The job was scheduled based on our timeline, and completed in a very timely manner. Tom and Chris were our installers, and they did a great job. We are very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend supporting this business.

We have used A&S several times over the years. The have always been wonderful to work with. I cannot complement the installers we had this time enough. They were great & the finished floors are beyond our expectations! Great job!

We went to A&S after a horrific big box store experience that left us with EXPENSIVE flooring approved by their “experts” that was uninstallable, which they RUDELY fought us on returning.

We wanted experts who could truly understand our challenges and help us to select the flooring that would actually be practical and fit our 100+ year old home. From the first person who warmly welcomed us into the showroom to their installer, A&S were not only expert but really wanted us to be satisfied. (We had a few bumps with delivery of other materials from elsewhere and they kindly worked with us so that we could do it right.) It was painless and the results were AMAZING! Such a different experience from our other attempts to renovate not only this home but the ones prior.

I can’t recommend A&S enough! My next flooring purchases will be with them too! Not only was the price comparable to the big box nonsense, what we got for our money-expert service, huge selection, kindness, actually helpful staff, and a superior product was far and beyond anywhere else.

Do yourself a favor and use A&S.

The guys that put our carpet in did an amazing job and quickly! Cassidy was super with us as well! Would recommend A&S to anyone needing carpet or flooring.

We are currently in the process of having our kitchen remodeled, and we chose A&S Carpet Collection to install the floors. They had a wide range of flooring to choose from, and it took us a while to pick the exact floor we were looking for. But it was well worth the effort! The floors are beautiful! They are Shaw Luxury Vinyl and are very easy to clean. And the steps look amazing! I get so many compliments on the steps. Tom was our installer, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was and what a perfectionist he is! He does such high quality work and was extremely pleasant to work with. We’re looking forward to having carpeting installed at a later time - and we’ll definitely go back to A&S! Hopefully Tom does carpeting installation, too!

Great company to work with from the purchasing process to installation. We were able to take samples home to see how it worked in our house and ordering was easy. The installers were great, showed up on time, knew what they were doing and very personable. Would use again.

We are very happy working with A&S Carpet Collection. This was the second wood vinyl floor they installed for us. We first did our dining room, kitchen and two landings and 3 years later decided to do the living room and hallway. They are true professionals. They came out and measured in a timely manner, ordered what we needed and installed immediately. Their installers were courteous and professional as well. We needed the strips that went into our carpeted bedrooms installed and the person who did that came out that Saturday morning and finished the job. So nice to work with true professionals. Thumbs up on this company. Highly recommend.

There was no question of which store we would go to for a recent hardwood floor installation in one of our bedrooms. We have dealt with A&S Carpet for many years and have always found them to be reliable, comparable to other flooring stores in price, and their workmanship is impeccable. Also, we like knowing that they stand behind their work. We needed this installation done fairly quickly, and Jeff and Frank were very responsive in accommodating our need. Kudos to Jeff and Frank and our installers Keith and George!!!

My first experience with A & S Carpet was about 5 years ago. Had my 3 bathrooms changed to porcelain tiles and new carpeting throughout my home. Everything from the service I received at the store and the installation. I went back to them recently after a frozen pipe broke at my neighbors directly behind me and I had water damage in one of my bedrooms. Although they did not have the same carpeting, Cassidy really helped me trying to match the color to the original color! Ordered the carpeting I chose and within a couple of weeks the carpet was installed. The installers were great, very professional and they did an amazing job! And it looks wonderful! Thank you A & S for another great experience!!

I cannot give enough positive comments about A&S. Frank visited and estimated a new engineered hardwood kitchen and adjacent powder room floor and we received a fair price. Tom and Chris came out 10 days after the order was placed (pretty quick delivery of the wood to A&S) and for 2 days did an outstanding job. The old damaged floor was removed in a few hours with little dust or dirt, they started installing after lunchtime to about 1/2 the new flooring complete. The next day they arrived again on time, finished the job with no complications and left the rooms in clean condition. The next day we noticed a few small areas near our sink that creaked when stepped on but Frank came out promptly and mostly fixed the issue. (There are a few small creaks still evident but Frank indicated to call him and he would come back out). This is terrific A+ service. The wood floor is beautiful. This is the 2nd time we've hired this company, the first being several years ago to replace a carpeted stair runner and 2 large area rugs, also done with professionalism and promptness. For any of our future needs for flooring we have no reason to go anywhere else. Fair prices. Excellent Service. Good products. Nothing less than a 5 stars for A&S.

This is a great carpet store. I wanted to get my house ready for guests within 3 weeks. At A&S, both Cassidy & Frank helped me find a really nice carpet, Frank promptly measured and made sure to schedule an installation so that my home would be ready in time for our visitors. Their installation crew did a great job and they were very friendly and kind. The new flooring made our house look like new. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
