Consolidated Shoe Store

Every time my wife and I go to Consolidated Shoes, we leave with a great deal. The staff is always nice and helpful. We go every time we visit Lynchburg.

The shoes are great. The hours are awful and they need to update the website hours as they say open until 6:00 but when you get there at 5:00 you’re told they are closed. Very disappointing when ya come from across town to get there

Choice poor no comfortable shoes

I had a return, UPS tracking showed that the package was delivered and signed for. Never got the refund despite multiple attempt by phone (FYI no agent answered, and nobody returned my call) and by email. Very disappointed. Lesson learned, order only for reputable websites.

UPDATE: After posting this 1 star review, I did receive a refund the next day. I updated the rating to 2 stars as a result.
