The Sweet Spot

Such a cute place in downtown Virginia Beach! The atmosphere is very pleasant and picturesque. There is seating inside and outside. And there's a big selection of sweets and desserts, including ice cream to funnel cakes to smoothies. I got a scoop of a bourbon flavored ice cream, and my husband got a smoothie, and we shared a funnel cake, and it was all really good. Definitely recommend this place!

I ordered an exploding milkshake. It was strawberry cheesecake. Came in glass Mason jar, with a piece of cheesecake and an ice cream cone topped with whipped cream. My friend ordered a cookies and cream exploding milkshake. It had mining donuts, a chocolate shooter and ice cream cone. They looked so good, other customers were asking "how can you eat something so beautiful?" Answer: I'm eating because it looks so damn good!!! I wish I took a pic. of both before eating. It really was overflowing awesomeness!!!

My boyfriend and I love the Sweet Spot on Ocean front. It’s so pretty, great service and atmosphere and best of all AMAZING ice cream!

Good quality, delicious, and great service. We enjoyed the donut with custard inside (so so good) lemon lime sorbet, and churros. It is a great ambiance for photos. I would highly recommend this place.

This place was definitely a Sweet Spot to visit! The decor, the menu, the atmosphere, service, and sweets we're something to definitely talk about! To have a plastic cup souvenir was a bonus, and to have a picture spot was a plus! The service was a little slow, but I come from a customer service world and understood the room. There was one young lady working the front alone, and she was doing the darn thing! She was pleasant and efficient. The guy in the back was nice as well he came out to check on the girl, and she was still handling it! She greeted each customer with a smile and went back to getting other orders done. I got the iced coffee, and it was delisio! The husband and girls got the funnel cake and cherro banana split! All was Sweeet! This place was so delightful that I'd really consider reaching out for the opportunity to franchise! Yaaaaassss! 💕💕💕🥰 congratulations on such a beautiful establishment!

The place is a delight visually with all of the colorful decor. I had the oreo funnel cake which was a rich decadent delight. My daughter had the salted Carmel funnel which was also very good. My other daughter had the banana split churro which she said was good but the fruit was frozen and she couldn't eat it. Aside from the frozen fruit, we found the place very nice, good service and tasty treats.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I got the ice cream with churros, with chocolate and caramel drizzle on top. The place was very aesthetically pleasing. I would definitely go back.

Delicious treats wasn’t too crowded, wait to receive our food was little longer than expected, but then again there was a big party there. Would definitely go again.

The way that this place is decorated makes me feel really cozy. I love how it's one of the places that makes Virginia Beach stand out. I'm already a pink fanatic, so it made the taste a lot sweeter to make funnel cakes in the color pink! I don't know where you can get that anywhere else lol.

If you like the color pink and great ice cream this place is for you. We kept it simple with our orders small mint chocolate chip/cookies and cream and a rainbow sherbet both were delicious! Now the also have over the top milkshakes a dessert charcuterie board, funnel cakes and more.

I was pleasant surprised to realize that they have vegan flavors.
I regretted not ordering a milkshake. My cousin ordered one and it was so cool.
I had the vegan cookie dough and vegan cookie and cream and it was delicious.
The place is super pink, decorated eu with lots of flowers and great for pics.

As a fan of sweet stuff, this place hit the SPOT! I spent literally 20 minutes looking at the menu to decide the best choice for me. I ended up picking the ones funnel cake. It was AMAZING! Their funnel cake is pink and the ice cream and oreos bended super well together. Next time I'm down in Virginia Beach, I'm definitely getting one of their milkshakes!

The outside caught my eye, so I had to google to see more about this place. I’m so glad I did! The birthday cake shake was *chef’s kiss* delicious!

This is probably the best sweet based store I've ever been to! Place is super cute and the desserts are amazing. I would recommend sharing a snack with a friend though as you get a lot and often times can't finish it.

It was my first time visiting this location and Love everything about it, the decor, the staff, the fast service only thing wish there was more available parking 💗💗💗

This place is so cute!! Totally Instagramable and the food is dreamy. The shakes are huge, you will not go hungry & they’re totally worth the cost. The staff is so friendly & lovely, and service is quick. Loved the one on the ocean front but their new shop is just divine! Definitely go here!

It's very rare that I give out a 5 star review but this one is well deserved. I got the Funnel Shake and my guy got the Strawberry Cheesecake Shake.The flavors were endless and I can not wait to go back!

This dessert place is simply AMAZING! It has now become my go-to dessert shop whenever I visit Va beach. The store itself is very clean and catches customers eyes by its decors. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this place.💯

Without question, the best dessert food I’ve had in my life. It’s purposefully over the top and I can’t recommend the milkshakes/churro and ice cream combos enough. Ambiance in the shop is perfect and matches the aesthetic of the decorations. Makes you feel like you’re in a pink cloud. Owners were extremely kind and professional and checked in on us regularly despite being busy on a Saturday night. I will come back as often as possible.
