It's very refreshing to go to a furniture store without a salesperson following you around. But, when you have a question, there is nobody to ask. Unless, you want to stand in line... Other than that, I feel, the prices cannot be beat.

Best prices on Ashley recliner sofas. The warehouse team is very helpful with assisting in loading items in your vehicle. Understandably, they won't strap things down for liability reasons.

This nex furiture store is great! They always have a wide variety of furniture. The prices are more than fair and this nex seems to always be running specials that make their prices unbeatable here on the island.

Good layout and good selection. The associate Jessica was really informative and friendly. Only complaint is the poor price marking on everything other than couches and bed sets

We went there to look at rugs, they had a good selection but we couldn’t see all the colors or designs so we asked for assistance. The warehouse guys were great, they opened and displayed multiple rugs for us and let us know the prices. We made our selection and the employees informed us of a tent sale at the NEX with rugs and encouraged us to go there and price the deals there. Longer story short, the customer service was great and saved us over $150.00! If you have the privileges to shop there, I highly recommend that you go there first.

Great service and unbeatable prices. I bought a bed and box spring that my wife and I absolutely love and it cost us a little under $1000. Granted it was a black Friday deal, but even still, the place was clean, easy to navigate and perfect for military members trying to get situated to the island.

A large selection of all sorts of furniture. Workers are friendly, delivery starts at $100 and they will cart away old furniture for $20 per item. Prices are more than competitive to other stores. Store hours are different currently due to the COVID19 pandemic; I recommend calling ahead before going just in case. I recommend this store and would shop there again if I need furniture. Of note, a military ID is required to purchase items here.

Less selection than the giant Ashley stores but sells same products at $100s less. Plus watch for deals 20% off etc. Also save money on the taxes and all their delivery drivers can get on base without needing a sponsor and meeting them at the gate. Overall awesome value on great furniture.

We had a very easy, quick experience with buying our washing machine. Ours quite all of a sudden, so we needed a new one ASAP. They had great prices and a helpful staff. Pick up was easy, too.

Great discounts on good furniture. Awesome staff. Awesome customer service. We bought a shelf, got it home, qas on like step 30 of putting it together when we noticed one of the pieces was broke. We called the store and they opened a new box and pulled out that broken piece to replace the one that was broken rather than making me disassemble the entire thing. Will return for more furniture if needed.

If you are military, and you have exchange privileges. This is a great place to get great appliances at some really good savings. You need to watch for the sales but the deals can save you some big money.

They have all the major appliances you will need. From Stoves. Washer and Dryers, just to name a few. Check it out, go in and look around!

Lovely furniture great price. Went to Ashley furniture right after and they have a bigger selection but they also had some of the same things the NEX offered but at a higher retail price. Also they have pretty friends workers.

Great selection and even better prices! Mainly i want to point out the fantastic customer service provided by the supervisor Courtney. She was so incredibly helpful with our multiple special orders and setting up delivery!

Shopping with husband in and out 15 minutes! No waiting for a salesman! Keep up the great work! Got a Whirlpool $50 less than listed sale price! Bonus! Basically paid for the extras that you need but not included - cord, tube, and corner piece! Went staright to warehouse pulled in pick up! 15 minutes! Both places busy but in and out! Drying my clothes now! Yippee!

So completely satisfied! I found a dining set that I really really liked at an Ashley's store and I tried going to the NEX furniture store to see what they had as well. Saw a dining set similar to the one I liked and was able to the same set for a VERY great price! I'll always check the NEX furniture store out first from now on!

I am so relieved, the rain flooded my bedroom and I was in need of a new bed, fast! Victoria was very attentive and so patient answering all my questions prior to coming in! They have awesome furniture reasonably priced, good selection for top quality beds, don't have to pay taxes, its great to be a veteran or active duty or reserves!! The staff there are friendly and very helpful!
