Great experience that worked out just fine. We enjoyed working with Steven on starting the "looking process". He shared a lot of knowledge about the various styles of recliners. Coming from an older Natuzzi love seat recliner, we knew we needed something separate but can be put close enough to wake up one or the other to go to bed. With Steven's guidance we settled on two very comfortable Stressless Wing chair and ottoman sets. Just very happy to be waiting for delivery day and enjoy a new seat to relax in! Aloha, Steven for taking good care of us!

Tommy was great, no pressure and extremely helpful. Helped us pair 2 leather chairs with a beautiful green sofa. Was very through in explaining one thing versus another with great insight.

Van Kusatsu was the consultant who helped me. He was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. He was patient, showed me various options, answered all my questions and made it possible to get the best price and apply an existing credit to my furniture purchase. I enjoyed working with him as well as others who assisted with questions. Consultants with his demeanor makes the shopping experience that much more enjoyable.

Allen was great and very knowledgeable about all the products available. He wasn’t pushy and was patient as we looked at every single sofa. Their inventory is much larger than other show rooms we went to. Very happy with our purchase!

Daniel Ruiz helped me narrow down my sofa selections on day 1 and Keito Miyaji helped me finalize and ultimately make my selection on my return. I don’t know much about buying furniture. Daniel Ruiz was very patient with me, explaining all the features and helping me decide what fit best in my home, my lifestyle and budget. There was no pressure and I could take all the time I needed to try the pieces and decide on the best option. He also gave me tips on how I could save money. I will be buying from him again.

If you’re looking for a personalized and relaxed furniture buying / designing experience, Keito at the Honolulu Homeworld location is the person to ask for. I don’t like going furniture shopping and feeling like someone is following me at every corner or pressuring me to make a purchase. Keito is not like that. He was available when I needed him, and he gave me space to explore and take my time. He gave me a packet with websites to do my own research at home, which I really appreciated. When it came time to special order a couch, he gave valuable input on colors and rug choices. I’m definitely saving his information in my contacts so I can ask for him the next time I am in need of home furniture, and would recommend all of my friends and family to work with him. Keito was awesome took me around as long as I wanted to didn't try to upsell me on stuff he knew I didn't want. Focused on what I asked for and tried to find the piece that best matched my decor. Awesome dude and efficient just what I like in a sales rep.
