Nick had posted my dream vehicle on Marketplace and I messaged him about it wanting to test drive it, I really didn't think I could afford it but I wanted to be able to know if it was something that I would even like driving. I had to put it off a few days once I got on the island because nothing ever goes as planned for me, but nick was patient and the truck was still available when I finally had some time to stop by! I am very thankful nick was patient and reached out to me again. Fast forward to the test drive and I fell in love, again not thinking I would be able to afford it, I sat in Nicks office and he asked me what payment would be possible for me and literally made it happen. I was shocked. I felt like my wants were listened to and they really did everything to make it work for me. Andrew who I saw in finance was also extremely helpful and he even knew the history of the Bronco, I thought it was so cool that he told me that he knows the previous owner. My entire time there I felt like I was listened to and everyone went above and beyond for me! Thank you again for making my dream possible!

2/20/24 I scheduled appointment with Waipahu Chevrolet dealership (convenient to my house) 2017 Corvette Axel Service light on. Service agent said I couldn’t get appointment till 3/25/2024 he needed to order part. I scheduled appointment but was disappointed.
I walked in to Honolulu GMC Service explained to service agent Michae my issue got appointment in 5 days said part would take 3 days to get in and scheduled my appointment price was half the price I was quoted then first place. I definitely would recommend, honest, qualified, excellent service, Mahalo Michae & Honolulu GMC Service.

I called Honolulu Buick GMC , because of a recall. I set an appointment...They sent me a reminder that my appointment was approaching set time and date... When I arrived the check-in was fast and easy...I was told the service would take approximately 2 hrs...The waiting area was clean and had coffee and water...The bathroom was also very clean...I decided to take a walk within 1hr 20 mins I received a call my service was done...I would bring my car back to them in the future the service was the best ...I would recommend Honolulu Buick GMC to anyone looking for 1st classic service.

Mr. MICAH provided me with OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and the technician CORRECTED my ATS AIRBAG PROBLEM. Mr MICAH expedited CORRECTING the AIRBAG PROBLEM cause I needed my car back to pickup and babysit my 2 GRANDKIDS. He also EXPLAINED to ME it might take longer cause they were having TROUBLE with the WIFI system to ENSURE the AIRBAGS were working properly. MANY MAHALOS Bert

Excellent customer experience in dealing with the team here at Honolulu Buick GMC! I enjoyed the friendly relaxed atmosphere and interaction that I had with every staff member there was friendly and positive! Worked well with me, no stress and no hidden costs like other dealers on island (paint coatings, VIN window ID... do not pay for it if they say you have to). Finance lady was awesome and helpful. Micah the Service Advisor was exceptional and awesome! He gave my husband and I details on everything that needed to be done on my car. He told us what needed to be done now and other works could be done later, due to the high cost! The only problem was it took too long for me to get my car!

I live on Big Island and with slim selections I was very hesitant on purchasing from off island. I didn't want to go through the hassle of getting the vehicle shipped. I worked with Colin and told him what I was looking for. He got back to me quickly with what they had available. He ran my credit, and got back to me with monthy payments and what not. We sealed the deal. Yes, I understand that I purchased a used vehicle, yes I understand that the dealership doesn't know everything wrong with the vehicle. Its a risk that you take when you don't want to purchase a brand new vehicle! I appreciate the time that I was given and Colin did not push me into purchasing something I didn't want. After visiting several car dealerships, I chose to purchase my vehicle at Honolulu Cadillac because of the great customer service and the process of negotiating and purchasing went smoothly. My sales associate Dante was knowledgeable, kind, professional, actively listened and was able to answer any question we had. Overall, I decided to purchase here because I felt there was no pressure at all which stands out to me because I felt like they weren't just trying to make a sale. Also the finance associate Jenn was professional and personable, she even went out of her way to help me in upgrading my extended warranty for a good deal. I would definitely come back and refer friends/family here for future car purchases.
