McDonald's

No joke - this is the best McDonald's I've been to since the 80's when I was a kid and saw the McD's playground after a happy meal. I never knew the breakfast there could be this good. Staff was constantly cleaning the tables, did was fast and amazing.

Clean McDonalds had automatic ordering and people taking orders as well. Fairly fast and not too far from the highway. Plenty of space for parking. Pay attention to the intersection leading to the McDonalds to make sure you don't go in the wrong way.

Very helpful staff and kiosk ordering. Food is brought to the table. Seats are extremely comfortable.

Probably the fastest drive thru I've ever experienced. Pleasant window employees. Absolutely no issues with order. McDonald's needs to model other stores after this one. Props to all who work there.

Like any fast food joint, it's hit or miss based on the staff, this one however was excellent! No issues with the food or service, prompt, decent, friendly interactions with staff, food was as expected.

I just have to praise this store. We came into the drive thru tonight and there was a HUGE order ahead of us. The staff was helpful and upbeat and so incredibly efficient

I was here yesterday with a Charter Bus group yesterday. The inside was closed due to the shortage of help. I spoke to the manager who was filing in as he was a store manager from Norfolk area. He was very helpful in helping us with our food order. First class and great to work with. Went out of his away to accommodate us!

Couldn't complain with how they handled the rush of Busch Gardens closing and people flocking there- especially with drive thru being closed. Everything was cooked right, special modifications requested by my daughter were done (which isn't always the case closer to where we live), and it was all FRESH. Honestly, my nuggets stayed warm all of the way home (which was an hour away- and I saved half of my food).

My family and I walked in tonight for a “dine out” evening. However, the chicken nuggets I received were a bit “off” in taste, and because of previous experiences at other locations, I was hesitant to walk them back up to the counter. The moment I reached the counter, the staff were so nice and apologetic, they quickly made a new batch without any questions! They even gave our daughter a free ice cream cone (I’m sure it was due to an order cancellation) but it was so very nice of the staff to ask if she could have it! Great experience for a 4 year old :) This will always be our favorite McDonald’s!

Clean, food was hot and fresh. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Loved the tables. Round with padded chairs. Very clean. Cashier went out of her way to get granddaughter the happy meal toy. Best McDonald's I've been to for a long time.

The manager that was there around 6-7 pm tonight was awesome. If it wasn't for her, my review would be so different. On behalf of her service I am giving them 5 stars for picking someone to run the building that was as understanding and courteous as she was!

The guy at the drive thru with the Pokemon tattoos is awesome. He was very nice to my son who also likes pokemon

I wouldn't usually leave a five-star review for a McDonald's, but they recently renovated and I have to say that it is immaculate and the food was actually the tastier McDonald's food we've had. But that isn't the main reason for the good rating. The employees we had contact with were AMAZING! Their customer service was superb. One young lady offered to help if we needed it at the self check kiosk. Another gentleman offered to clean our table and get us refills on our drinks. Everyone was welcoming and gave us smiles. We'll be back!

stopped by on a school trip for dinner.. 50+ in our group.. the staff was quick, professional, and very accommodating.. we a received our food in a timely manner and the dining room and bathrooms were very clean.. highly recommend for fast food in the area and I honestly don't normally eat at fast food restaurants..

Proximity to the amusement park makes me wonder at how empty the place is. Also, the only McDonald's I ever visited where the entire staff is speaking some eastern European language. If it's a front for the KGB, at least they are taking the burger part seriously.

Came in w a bus load of middle schoolers. Service was fast, restaurant was clean! Great experience!

The young man manager was on the ball . He knew what was going on in the kitchen and the front. Very protective with customers . Exceptional

Most friendliest McDonald's I've ever been in. The woman that waited on us should give classes on how to serve and make guest feel welcomed. . Wonderful atmosphere. I wish I had gotten her name..

The only establishment within miles that had a public restroom for the travelers. And the food was fast and awesome. Make note of this Wendy's, KFC, Taco Bell and Shell Gas Station. People need to pee too. LOL

Fast, friendly service with hot food and cold drinks. What more could you want?
