King Soopers Marketplace

It feels a bit strange to review a grocery store, but I want the team at this location to have credit for how awesome they are even if it's just in a small way. I have had so many positive customer service experiences here over the past 2 years, I couldn't list them all. I once had a store manager notice I was looking lost and then personally help me hunt down an obscure cheese. He even worked to help me find the best deal. Mostly it's just the friendliness. Last night, the woman helping at self checkout was so warm and friendly. We had a brief but pleasant exchange about kids and cereal that left me smiling. That happens a lot. Today I needed customer service, and they were more helpful than they had to be. I have shopped at various King Soopers for years, but this one stands out. These are good people.

I came early shopping for a family dinner and the three gentlemen in the front (including Mr Sir with expertise on fresh cheese) could not have been nicer and more helpful. I found everything I needed fast and made it to my meeting on time. The store was also very clean, organized and well stocked. I will be shopping at this location whenever possible.

Stopped here for an ice cream run and it was great for a quick stop. It was clean, organized, self checkout was a breeze and the ice cream options were good enough for everyone to pick a flavor they'd enjoy.

The employee Sydney was the most kind person ever. As someone struggling with cerebral palsy she helped me in the self, check out and help me carry my drinks over and pick some stuff up off of the really high shelves. She is truly one of a kind and deserves the biggest raise ever.

This is my favorite grocery store, hands down. They have a full liquor store, quality produce, sushi counter, cafe with seating, Starbucks, pharmacy, clothing section, and more 🤯 It's definitely a bit overwhelming the first few times, but worth taking the time to figure out. It is truly one stop shopping.

Charles at the Cottonwood location in Parker, Co was obviously overworked and still doing such a great job. Brought my groceries to my car and was so very pleasant. And I know they were short staffed because I got an email. He was exceptionally polite and efficient.

The store seems to have everything I need every time I go. The staff is awesome

Absolutely love this store because it is a one stop shop and you can even buy cute everyday clothing. Love their kids clothing sales and have purchased plenty of things for my kids to wear on a day to day basis. Great selection of beer too!

I go out of my way to shop at this King Supers.
It is always clean, organized, and the staff provides exceptional service.
I spend too much money here but this store makes me enjoy grocery shopping.
Britney the cashier remembers me and makes me feel valued every time I go come. I will only go to her line when I come in the mornings. I don’t know his name but a Hispanic gentleman in the produce section is always so warm welcoming and again, excellent customer service.

In my opinion, this is one of the best King Soopers in the area. It’s got such a large selection of items and produce, even more than the average King Soopers. If you can’t find a specific item in a King Soopers, I’d recommend checking this store. Overall this is one of my favorite Kings and may be one of the best in the state!

Holiday season is in the air!!! Come get all your needs at King Soopers, from eggnog to cookies to pumpkins!!! They have it all!!! It's never to late to carve out a few pumpkins!!! Makes great table decor!!!

Maybe the best King Sooper I've been to. Great variety, spacious cafe area both indoor and outdoor, and a lot more stuff than I have seen at any other King Sooper. Definitely didn't expect them to carry all the clothing they did. The layout of the store was a bit using with the extra merchandise, and it made it harder to find what I was looking for, but I can write this off as a reasonable side effect of that extra merchandise. Also, the self-checkout made some really annoying sounds, moreso than any other I have had to deal with — but that's a trivial issue and not something I would deduct their score over.

I haven't been to a king soopers where they sale clothing and shoe's for all ages I got lost there lol it's really big. I have to say I loved it. I would definitely recommend this king soopers I will continue to go to this one even after I move back to Aurora it's not too far from work

I had a wonderful experience here. Ty in the bakery went above and beyond to help me with a birthday cake. Not only did he help me choose the right one, but he also personalized it for me. So nice. While I had a cake in one hand and a basket in the other, out of nowhere Kevin came up with a cart and saved the day! 5 stars for awareness and compassion. Great job, and thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

I come here regularly to do my grocery shopping. Clean store and has mostly everything I need, great prices. Also, Kat who works in self checkout is so friendly and always goes above and beyond giving us a helping hand!

I came here on Valentine’s day in a rush in the morning. Was trying to buy some flowers and a gift or two. Carmen helped me out, she is the absolute best. If every store was ran by Carman M they would be thriving. Never written a review but specifically writing this because of Carman. She is an amazing, kind person. 5 stars.

I want to shout out the awesome front end team at this store! I had an issue with my apartment taking a money order and needed help getting the money back. Despite many issues, they were more than helpful, and even when they couldn't help me, I felt they did their best. They were all super nice and I dealt with 5-6 different individuals, so it wasn't just one person, it was the whole team.

Best place to shop from grocery, clothing, kitchen gadgets, makeup, shoes, Colorado collection of clothes, keychains, mugs and everything you want under one roof.

Giving the 5 stars really to Dave who works in the liquor department. Dave has been extremely helpful the many times I’ve called in to get help and has even helped me in the store he’s helpful, knowledgeable, and thoughtful not just in his job but with customer service as well give this man a raise or something!!
