Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I give Hand and Stone Massage a 5 star but reluctantly. The place is very well run, clean and I had a great massage. What I did not like was the intake form which was asking for all kinds of medical history which I refused to answer. I also did not like the "pressure" when leaving to schedule my next appointment and joining their club. I do understand this is a franchise and they are in business to make money but the conversation was uncomfortable. The massage I got was very good. Ethan was my therapist and he was excellent (very professional) in explaining everything and with my requests during the massage. He really got into his job and gave me a good hour of relaxation and muscle relief. It really was a shame that after feeling so good I have to feel pressured to give them more business on the way out of the door. Probably should have been 3/4 stars but the massage was great.

I had an appointment with Logan and he was amazing! Very communicative and managed to get the pressure just right. He is doing an excellent job and I would book with him again.

Great service from Logan, amazed at how much it helped my neck problems. Front desk ladies were very professional as well.

Excellent services and great staff! Grey and Kylynn are AMAZING massage therapists. Super clean rooms, relaxing music, and pleasant front desk staff. Ask to add the Himalayan Salt Stones to your massage for a special treat!

I had a massage recently with Allen and it was wonderful. I have shoulder problems and pain so he focused a lot on that. The pain was so much better after the massage and I had a lot more movement. Front desk staff is very friendly. I will be back.

I had the best facial today with Crystal. She was so nice and I felt so relaxed with her. Highly recommend Crystal.

Maria was amazing!! I was a little unsure about this place after reading some of the reviews, but I went in for a 60min massage and it was great! Maria was very kind, professional, and great at listening to my needs and focusing on those areas during my massage. I would definitely recommend!

I had strained my neck and shoulder area causing a lot of pain and limited movement. The massage therapist worked out most of the issues so I wasn't in as much pain. It was also a good surprise that I could find an appointment on a Sunday.

I had my very first facial yesterday with Katie and it was an incredible experience. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and also personable, it was so relaxing. I would highly recommend seeing her for a facial!

I absolutely love this salon! Everyone of my massages have been amazing! Jamie is my all time favorite masseuse! She puts my into a deep meditation and completely relaxes me while releasing so much stress from my body.
I also have to mention Leslie! She is a phenomena aesthetician! She’s helped my face so much and is just a delight to be around!

Crystal is the best! Every time she gives me a facial, it is out of this world! Heavenly! Getting facials is an indulgence that I won't give up. Not only does my skin feel wonderful, it is relaxing and de-stressing. Plus, Crystal is a pleasure to talk with during the facial.
I look forward to my facial every month!

Had a detox facial by Lesley, she was so great and paid such great attention to detail with my extractions. I’ve been dealing with deep hard hormonal acne and she helped clear up my problem areas so well! Can’t say enough good things!

The massages here are always great! Grey pays attention to specific needs and truly addresses them. I highly suggest booking a massage appointment with him!

I had a nice time, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I think my masseuse was Sean and he did a great job though I should have asked for more pressure once or twice. They use ALOT of oil, I came out feeling pretty oily (but that could be standard as I've only had one other massage in my life). I liked the heated bed I laid on and liked that I could adjust the light in the room.

The extra foot scrub/hot towel with lemon grass lotion was lovely and they let me smell both options before I chose which I appreciate because something too strong will bring on a migrane. I did put shoulders and feet as my areas to focus on and I feel like the massage was mostly my legs? Again, new to this process so idk if I should have just asked him to go over them again.

All that being said, it's expensive. I don't know how it compares to other massage places but it is a nice, updated, and cozy space.

Grey was amazing! I've had a few massages before but he was the best I've ever experienced by far. He was very attentive to an old injury and knew how to dig in without hurting. I'd go back again any day and highly recommend him!

My facial at Hand & Stone was fabulous! The front desk staff was helpful and efficient and my aesthetician was gentle and thorough. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. I am excited about my new monthly membership and will certainly continue to get facials here.

Been going here for over a year now. 💜 Every time I've been, my therapist has taken care of me wonderfully! Almost exactly as far as what I've asked for. Each therapist will have your body feeling so much better! 💙
Laid back, other than the upsells in certain instances, haha and a great place to relax! Those things do rock though.. For someone who is broke, I love my monthly price but wish I could afford the add-ons! 😋

Had a very lovely experience at Hand and Stone this afternoon. Grey took care of my hot stone massage and did wonders for my lower back pain. The owner Yvonne I believe her name was and Nick working the front desk were very lovely people who made the entire experience smooth and relaxing. I am now a member and will return with my wife! Jamie was amazing! Hands down best massage I’ve ever had. I felt like a million bucks walking out of there she got to every muscle issue that I had some I told her about, some she found on her own which blew me away.
