Apple Summit Mall

Seems like a great Apple Store located in Summit Mall around the corner from Dillards. It is a large, bright and spacious store with plenty of places to sit down and look at computers and other electronics and confer with Associates. The store is sparkling clean and extremely organized too.

I don't know how the staff at the Apple Store know everything about the products! Whenever we have a need for a new phone of iPad, we visit the store. They know what they are doing and help the best they can. Store is always busy but still neat and clean.

I recommend making an appointment!
I was there almost 2 hours to fix my problem! Everyone who waited on me or I dealt with was AMAZING!

It's the only Apple store in the area and it's run pretty well. Upon entering, an employee will ask how they can help you so that you can be placed into the proper queue. The employees are pretty knowledgeable and there are a plethora of devices to play with while you're waiting.

Shawna at the Summit Mall Apple store was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and made my visit easy. I will look for her the next time I need something. I’m very happy!

Went in and got new iPhones today had some issues on our carriers end bc our plan is on a business account however this was not apples fault they’re just not allowed access to business accounts but I come here to rave about the absolutely amazing experience we had with Hunter today he was so kind fun helpful and patient with us overall he was just so amazing and clearly takes pride in his job I’ve never had a better experience buying a phone we went in and got immediate service both times since we had to leave for a bit to work things out with verizon and come back which hunter was happy to help us pick up where we left off and also stayed a little bit after his shift ended to finish our setup thank you so much for all your help and amazing service today hunter you did an absolutely fantastic job!!! Promote and cherish this hard worker you have

My phone went from working great to not working at all overnight. I got to the Apple Store at 10:30. I was greeted warmly and quickly. My estimated wait time was spot on and I was paired up with D to help me. He was FANTASTIC. Kind, caring, thorough, and fun to be with for 2 hours. In the end, I sadly needed a new phone, but D helped me stay within my budget and got everything setup for me. It was a great experience.

Very friendly staff. I had a problem with my macbook. One of the key wasnt working. So got an appointment. The expert took it for observation in jus a minute of my walk in. He made a temporary fix for free and gave an estimate of total repairs needed, trade in value and also easy alternative. Fully satisfied.

very friendly staff! i took my 2015 macbook today and i don’t remember the guys name who helped me but he gave me the most honest and cheapest solution possible to fix my problem. i will definitely purchase my next macbook from here! thank you for your help.

Tristen was so patient and helpful. He had so many people at the same time that he was helping, but made us feel like we were the only ones there!

I went in when I stupidly was walking around without a case on my phone and it fell in a bush and the screen cracked. I also had some water damage as a result because I couldn’t go in right away. They told me they’d make an attempt to fix it, open it up and look at it. So I shopped around with my mom, and came back an hour later. They weren’t able to fix it unfortunately but thanks to apple care it only costed $100 to replace. I love that they offer this service. Saved me a lot of money if I had to buy a whole new phone outright. People complain about the time it takes. Simple solution, don’t go when you have a bunch of stuff to do and places to be. Having a phone is basically a necessity these days, give the staff a chance to do their job the way they’re supposed to. It’s their protocol to try and fix the device if possible or at least take a look at it. Which makes sense to me to avoid sending out new products if there was a chance they could repair the issue.

Alex was awesome! Went to bestbuy to get my screen replaced and they told me my phone had all these issues and I would have to get it replaced, told me the apple store would be able to swap my phone for $100, well I drove 45 minutes out to Akron from Warren and Alex took care of me, ended up finding out that the speakers were just dirty and cleaned it, he ended up saving me $100 caring more about the customer than the sale! Awesome service!

I have been to a few different Apple stores in this area. I think this one is by far the best. All the staff is very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Today we worked with Dave and Ciara. They were very patient with us. Their knowledge was amazing and we were able to get everything handled.

Loved the Vera Bradley outlet. Large selection of purses,tote bags,backpacks and more. Also other merchandise like wallets ,blankets,shirts etc. Reasonable prices and a very pleasant and helpful store employee.

I went into the Apple Store with an emergency , my phone would not work at all ! I couldn’t dial out , the storage was completely full and I wasn’t able to figure out how to get rid of things nothing was working I couldn’t delete anything. They got me in fast and were very courteous of my concerns and assured me that they would figure out the issue and resolve it before I left . I worked with Rich, he was absolutely wonderful he was so patient and kind and didn’t laugh when I asked “ dumb questions “ He was very personable and very professional and very knowledgeable he quickly fixed my issue and had my phone back up and running within about an hour and a half of getting to the store. I had spent 4 1/2 hours prior trying to fix the problem at home with absolutely no luck ! he also scheduled a courtesy call within the next couple of days in case I have any issues questions comments concerns or need help with anything else regarding the phone. Thank you for getting my phone up and running again thank you for taking the time to help me understand what I need to do in the future thank you for fixing my phone!! Rich is awesome ! 10 stars ⭐

My 84 year old Mother needing assistance setting up her her new Basic IPhone. She gets flustered easily & was really worried about being brushed off by someone without the patience to help her. ( I live out of state so could not help ) . She meet with Jason on Friday afternoon & she said he was the most patient, helpful person she had ever met! she was so excited, as she could not operate her last cell & started to think she would have to go with out one. Jason, you restored her self confidence in herself & customer service. i know you went above & beyond & i greatly thank you!!

My husbands phone is pretty new and wasn’t working correctly. We worked with Tila and she was beyond helpful and patient. She made the whole experience pleasant and was wonderful to sit and chat with while we waited for her to diagnose the issue and help us

The associate was very helpful and explained my son's purchase thoroughly. Unfortunately I forget his name, but he was great. We're not an Apple family, but my oldest is switching to an iPhone. The process was seamless, and the associate explained the transfer before the process began. All my dealings with this store have been great. If you're looking for an Apple product, I would recommend going to the source.
