Absolutely amazing service and people there. Never been to a good year until my car decided to die out of no where, and they were the only people willing to at least look at it without hesitation. I knew there was no guarantee they would get to my car especially so last minute and with how crazy busy they were but they still managed to get it fixed that same day. Also the pricing is absolutely amazing(: thank you to everyone that works there.

Bought 4 new tires and the three year alignment service in November/December. Jessica was great to deal with. I had an issue a few months later with a balancing issue and they got me in no problem. It was covered since I bought the tires through them. Would refer a friend here.

Im out of town and had issues with my valve stems and couldnt put aor on my tires. Got an appt immediately. They were all so helpful and nice. Would definitely come back if needed while visiting Youngstown.

Went in to get a tire repaired, the service writer, (Jessica) told me they were full, so she scheduled me for a 12 pm service. Arrived at 12, and within minutes my car was serviced. Jessica was friendly, courteous and overall a tremendous asset to this location. I will definitely return.

Had an incident after getting an oil change where the splash guard wasn't secured properly and it broke off after driving a little ways.

They replaced it with no questions asked for free and were very courteous about the whole situation. Would definitely recommend.

I went to the Boardman location where I was greeted by Jessica. Not only did she help me receive the best deal, but she kept me informed of my vehicles progress, needs, and future suggestions. She was kind, helpful and informative. The whole process, 4 new tires and all took less than an hour and a half. Thank you Jessica! You made this experience an easy and enjoyable one!

Had such a wonderful experience with Jessica & Dan at Goodyear. They jumped on my brakes issue immediately, identified the problem and fixed it right away. Not only that, but they showed me the issues, explained everything and were so kind/polite. Will be bringing all my business here in the future!

Tony and the staff at Goodyear are fantastic. They were able to get me an appointment that worked with my schedule. They addressed my primary concern and then provided me with information about other car maintenance. I ultimately needed some breaks repaired and they were able to get parts in same day and take care of everything for me. I would highly recommend this location. Friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanics, and expedient service.

This company is very kind along with the people there. The employees stayed late to put our tires on and was able to squeeze us in a time slot to do so. The person who took care of me and my husband was Tony we was a very kind man along with one of the shop workers whose name was Daniel they were very kind to us and even offered to stay later to make sure our car was in working order. They were the kindest most hardworking people that I have ever got the chance to meet. I'll definitely be going there in the future for all my cars needs.

I needed to have 4 new tires fairly quickly for an upcoming long-distance trip. Although it took several days to get the OK for the pro'rating, I was able to get the new tires ordered and mounted in time ! While I was there, I checked out their specials on oil changes, etc, and found their prices to be VERY reasonable ! I'd like to thank the manager Tony for going above and beyond to make sure I was on the road trip with quality safe tires .

Highly recommend this company and even this location. I had Tony working with me all day. Got my car balanced. Got an alignment done. An oil changed and new wiper blades. They did all of this in almost am hour and a half. Of course I also needed a tie rod or they couldn't do anything. They replaced my tie rods right there for me and I got all this done for a wonderful price. Wonderful men. Great customer service. Very nice efficient work. I WILL be going back. Thank you to the men there for fixing my vehicle and being patient and working with me. I will recommend this place to anyone!!

Jessica and the mechanic staffing are extremely exceptional there. It was Sunday after my church services. I had an appointment scheduled for tires / alignment in Liberty - Goodyear on 2/13/2023. I had the front right tire slow leaker in the interm. So I was surprised and very appreciative. That is on a Sunday afternoon. They were opened and able to get me in within 2 hours time. For 4 new tires / alignment and oil change. As well as keeping me well informed of the progress and details of my suv's mechanical defiencies. I will definitely be back in the near future. Also, Jessica went the distance to give me all discounts available. Great place all around from this experience. 👍

I recently got an oil change and a couple other things replaced on my vehicle at Goodyear in Boardman. The gentleman who worked on my vehicle was named Jordan. He was super helpful, gave great customer service, & was very knowledgable. Highly recommend asking for Jordan when getting services done! Noah & Jay were also super friendly & knowledgable. This location went above and beyond with helping with my tire purchase. There was a billing issue with the Goodyear credit card and Jessica helped make a stressful situation so much better. She was thorough and kind and helpful through the whole experience, and I will definitely be returning!

Tire issues on a Sunday!! I Needed new tires, and Jessica and the guys got me in and out within the hour. Hands down the best customer service and prices in the area! Jessica is a true 💎!!

From my first contact via phone, to my in person visit the staff was exceptional. Jessica is competent and delightful. I didn't get everyone's names, but they all made me feel at ease and that they had my best interests at heart. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.
