The gentleman who came to treat our home was very professional, thorough and on time between the times they gave when they would be there. He is a great guy to work with. Thank you.

I happened to be there when the technician arrived. He was nice and listened to my concerns. Turns out it was his first time at my residence. I explained what I thought was the process and we discussed what he would normally do. That was a great help because I didn’t know for sure what they did because I’m not usually present. Great interaction and helpful to get a rundown of the services.

ETA: the follow up service report was clear and indicated the work done.

Hey, I have an update on my previous review. I talked to this amazing lady named Laney in customer service, and let me tell you, she's a real gem! She's so good at her job, she deserves a promotion for sure! And then, this technician named Chris came to my house, and he was just incredible. He was so thorough, friendly, and punctual. He really knows his stuff! Orkin is just a phenomenal company. I made a mistake by switching to another company for a couple of months. In that short time, I had more bugs with them than I've had with Orkin in the two years I've been with them. If you hate bugs, you need to call Orkin. They're the real deal. They control all kinds of pests, from spiders and ants to all the gross stuff like bees and mosquitoes. They're just awesome! A big thanks to Orkin and especially to Laney and Chris!

Still having a lot of bugs and spiders in the house. But I will say that the guy that comes here is super awesome at his job his name is Tyler and you couldn't ask for a nicer kid or harder worker and a better person. Thank you Tyler!

Dalton dose a really good job addressing my concerns and is very professional I’ve been using orkin for a few months now and I can definitely see a difference with less bugs in the house I live in the country so it’s more of a challenge to minimize the bugs but it truly works!
