After doing an online chat and getting nowhere with Ulta customer service online - I drove an hour to the store I bought from as I was told that’s where I had to do the return. I went to the store on Nov 21st and Hannah Wagner assisted me with my return - she was amazing ! Apologized for my bad experience online , handled my return quickly and was very helpful with all my other questions. I love Ulta but was unhappy with the online chat but Hannah W. helped turn that around. Amazing customer service !

Olivia is one of the most knowledgeable people and she was super helpful I am for sure going to recommend some friends and family to go get their hair done by her.

Very helpful employees! Tons of fun seeing all the new nail polishes and new makeup! The store is set up, so the perfume is in a separate spot. Each different "makeup" companies are in their own section. It makes it easy to find the product and look at everything else that company offers.

I’ve never had anything but top star quality service at Thee Brow Brow starring Meredith. She’s everything in a brow STAR. Amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I got a scalp treatment today and the gentleman who did it was amazing, took his time learning how to do it and my hair feels amazing. Everyone who works at this Ulta was super friendly and nice. I didn't feel pressured to buy other things or be upsold on items!!! 100% I will be back!!!

Found Urban decay 24/7 eye pencil that I couldn't find at another Ulta location

I went to Ulta to buy some nail polish and remover. I had not done my nails in years and was having problems with the polish not sticking to the nails. The young woman who checked me out was very informative on what I could do to help it stick better. Very good visit. I've always loved Ulta.

My absolute favorite Ulta location! As a stay at home mom that means my child is with me more often than not when I run errands, including going to Ulta. Even when this store is busy multiple team members not only stop to ask if I need help finding a product but also to interact with my daughter. It's an absolute delight to see, they've been this way since her first trip there at 12 weeks old. They're all very courteous, they get on her level to speak to her and I've even had team members ask to/put a little spot of highlighter on her nose(because what girl doesn't love to shine). Other than interacting well with even the smallest guest, I've never had a team member tell me "I don't know" which is great, I love that their crew is knowledgeable in all areas. I would rather have this team order me products not in store and wait for them to be delivered to my home than to go to another location. Thanks to all, keep up the fabulous work.

I always appreciate how helpful the employees are at the store. I wanted an item that was out of stock and they helped me order it to be shipped to my house. Throughout the interaction they were friendly and gave great customer service.

Love love love all the staff, I have referred Sara to all my co-workers. She is the only stylist that has taken the time to really highlight and color my thick curly hair through and through. And the staff is always so hopeful when I come in looking for suggestions on makeup or the newest pallet. Highly recommend to anyone!

Sara is AMAZING. I went somewhere else and got a horrible haircut. It literally looked like someone just hacked away at my hair. I was pretty devastated and was hoping to get it fixed ASAP. Ulta got me in same day with Sara and she freaking SAVED MY HAIR! I could tell right away she knew what she was doing and I felt better almost immediately after she started working on it. She did such a beautiful job and I absolutely love it. She said shes been doing hair for 13 years and it shows. I will never get my hair cut by any one else ever again, shes the best! Thank you Sara for saving my hair and doing such a beautiful job!!!!!

I love love love how my hair turned out. The before & after was such a big change. I wanted RED hair. Not natural red but red red & that's what I got. That stylist who did my hair her name was Addison if anyone wants to request her. She was super sweet, & caring.

Had an issue with a purchase I made yesterday. After speaking with the general manager- Olga she was able to fix it! She is great at her job and I was provided excellent customer service. Thank you Olga!!

I can’t tell you HOW MUCH I love the staff here! They are so helpful and informative! They know everything from covering bruises to having a photo ready face! They always know a variety of brands and prices for any product! They are genuine and will tell you when spending more money is worth it and isn’t! I love them!!!

Addison was very helpful and very knowledgeable with what we were looking for and how to use it. It will definitely change where my husband and I shop for make up. Awesome experience.
