Kelly Carr and his team are absolutely amazing! They always deliver great service! If ever they aren't able to figure out what the issue is, they do right by the customer and get you in contact with the right person.

Recently took my F150 to this auto repair shop for a vehicle inspection and the mechanics and owner are great! They were willing to help answer questions I had about the vehicle and looked over the truck for a great price. They were honest and transparent about there not being any repairs needed. I’ll be returning for any future auto repair or vehicle maintenance I need.

I talked to Marcus and by far, in my 45 years of living, I've never seen a mechanic that knew what he was doing, and he explained thoroughly what he was doing. Overall service was fantastic. Strongly suggest these men. GOOD GUYS, GOOD SERVICE.

We were on our way from Indiana to Mansfield Ohio when my Jeep broke down on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. We had no cell service and were stranded for what seemed an eternity until a nice guy stopped by and said he'd contact his mechanic friend. Kelly from Carr Repair showed up to our rescue. Went above and beyond what was expected. Literally drove my kids and myself into Mansfield to get a rental car so we wouldn't miss the Inkcarceration Festival. This man was an angel sent to us. I'm so thankful for his help, even tho we weren't able to get my vehicle fixed. He was definitely one of a kind and I highly recommend him and this business. These people prove to me there is still goodness in this harsh world!!!!

Fantastic group of guys that work here! They know their stuff and they do a really good job for a fair price. They do propane refills also and their pricing is the best around for those.

Family owned and priced fairly. We moved an hour away five years ago but still drive up to Butler for any significant repairs. On several occasions they were able to fix a small issue that another shop told us was going to be big and expensive. They have always treated us well and we're happy to support a small-town family business rather than a chain.

These guys are the absolute best. They do great work, are very cordial and pleasant, upfront, honest, hard working American guys who have served me and my family for many years.
The only auto Mechanics i use are these guys at carrs repair. Highly recommended

Edit july/2020 : I tried someone else in a pinch and it was a nightmare. 4 weeks and they couldn't figure it out. Took it to Kelly and Marcus at Carrs repair and in a couple of hours they figured it out. Parts the next morning and I was back on the road.
I will never! Use another mechanic shop unless Carrs closes their doors. Peroid!

A friendly mechanic that doesn't over charge and you could fully trust? What a gem!
