Timeless Blossoms - San Diego Flower Delivery

We found Timeless Blossoms online. I live in Texas and my mother was being laid to rest at Ft Rosecrans in San Diego. Jeanne assured us she would take could care of us and make our casket spray beautiful! We couldn't have been more pleased with both the experience and the flowers. This company went above and beyond in its service. I live in NJ and needed a florist in the San Diego area. I place my order online for a friend's mother's funeral service on the same day. Ellen and her team called me to confirm the order. To make sure it would be delivered on the same day. The attentiveness and passion she have for her business was truly refreshing in today's world. There was an issue with my credit card using the online system; which was corrected by Ellen when she called me. They could have very well dismissed this order. Thank you so much for this order and what it meant to me getting these flowers there since I couldn't be in CA for the service. Grateful Customer!!!

Jeanne created a stunning arrangement for my friend, and went way above and beyond in delivering it. Because my friend was not home on a very hot day, she checked w/ me on alternate phone numbers, then left the flowers with a neighbor who knows my friend and left explanatory messages. I'm looking forward to using Timeless Blossoms again.

I wanted to celebrate my daughter's first week on her new job. Instead of going through an impersonal mass-delivery website, I called Timeless Blossoms, which is conveniently located inside my daughter's apartment community. I chose a bouquet on their website and Jeanne was able to modify it for my daughter, who is allergic to some flowers, and also to include purple accents (her favorite color). My daughter said she has never received such a large, colorful bouquet and Jeanne personally delivered it because they are less than a block apart! Win/win/win! - Renee

I am a repeat customer because of the quality customer care I get from the staff at Timeless Blossoms. I order from out of state and my orders are delivered in a timely fashion, and the arrangements, or plants, are always beautiful. I feel the price is reasonable for the quality of the flowers.

This shop owner went above and beyond to find an amaryllis plant to deliver to my daughter. Today, less than 24 hours after my call to place the order, she shopped for & delivered, this beautiful double-stemmed amaryllis plant to my daughter who, along with her dog, loved it! Complete with a gorgeous holiday bow! Customer service & availability is awesome at Timeless Blossoms.

I called with a last minute super detailed request for multiple bouquets to be delivered to my mom. I could not be happier with every aspect of the experience. Jeanne was kind, efficient and a delight to work with. I had tried multiple other shops. One is the 800lb gorilla in the local floral scene. None approached the quality, freshness, accuracy and timeliness. Absolutely delightful experience. This is my new go to. Wish I had photos to attach. BTW, I’ve learned that the true test of a floral supplier is not how they look when they arrive, but a week later. I visited mom last evening. She was so grateful for the flowers. When I told her they’d been there for a week she replied “that’s impossible, they’re still perfect, it’s as if I just cut them”!

Based on the great reviews we chose Timeless Blossoms to design and deliver a bouquet to the hospital. John was extremely courteous when we spoke and I entrusted him to take care of things for a very special occasion. They came through with flying colors! Timeless Blossoms created a beautiful arrangement for my friends 70th Birthday. They contacted me personally by phone to make sure the vase was ok with me. Jeanie was by far, the best I have ever worked with and made the entire process a breeze. As the sender, you never know exactly what is going to be delivered but I can assure you, Jeanie is the person to trust.

I was looking for a special flower arrangement for a friend who was in the hospital. Timeless Blossoms did an amazing job. The arrangement was finally accurate as described on the website (Other florists have not been). Most importantly it put a smile on my friends face when she received it.

Extremely thoughtful. They phoned me right after I ordered online to confirm details of when I where the flowers were to go. They also texted me the day of the delivery to confirm they had been delivered and set up for the funeral service. The arrangement was beautiful and lasted for well over a week. I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day and had it delivered to my office so I could bring it home to my wife. This was my first time ordering from Timeless Blossoms. They are, conveniently, located right down the street from my office in UTC. I have ordered many arrangements from several vendors around San Diego and I am not exaggerating when I say, this arrangement left me stunned. It is beautiful, I am writing this review 1 week after Vday and the flowers haven't started to wilt yet and still look and smell great. Jeanne and staff were very helpful. When you order online as I did, you’re never quite sure what you’re going to get. They contacted me with questions to make sure to get the order right and sent a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered.
