Wendy's

Clyde is the star of this show. He visited with the customers, he cared about our experience, and was a genuinely great guy.

The service was quite fast, and the staff super nice. Clearly, they have great management!

Wendys is generally delicious, and this time didn't disappoint. The pretzel bun was a little dryer than I remembered from the last time they had them, but it was still delicious.

Stop in and check out the new remodel - you will be thrilled with the atmosphere!

Yalonda at the drive in widow is awesome! Give her a raise. She upsold me on a cookie and has great customer service. I'll pull into Wendy's every time if I know someone is going to treat me that well. Thanks again Yolanda. GREAT EXPERIENCE

Food was fresh and service was friendly. Took a couple minutes to get our oder after it was placed. Would be eating here again if we are ever around the bluffton area.

Staff was very friendly especially Angela at the drive thru. Always has a smile on her face and accommodating. Food is always hot and fresh when we come through. We hardly go to the lima locations anymore because of rude staff and food being old and in poor quality.

Clean dining room and great food

Stopped for a quick lunch while traveling on I-75 in Ohio. I had a $5 Biggie Bag with a bacon cheeseburger, nuggets, and fries. She had her favorite: chicken parmesan caesar salad. Both orders were tasty, and gave us lunch at a reasonable price.

It wasn't very busy and the employees were very polite, taking extra care to make sure that my order was correct. there's nothing worse than getting home to find your orders were wrong having to go all the way back. The bathroom was very clean and odor free. they're having some difficulties with their soda machine so they took my cup to the back and filled it for me. Overall a great experience for a fast food restaurant.

We were just there and they are super nice especially the manager he was super funny and made sure that we had all of are food he even made sure absolutely no chicken or meat touch the salad we got because my grandma is a vegetarian

Fantastic service! Cashier knew what she was doing. Food for our family of six was quick. And to top it off they bagged each individually since we asked for it to go and they knew we were traveling

Food was good and the service great, despite a busy dining room and drive thru.

The food at this location is good. Pickup window is only allowed during to the pandemic. If you are a truck driver or person with a truck and trailer, you will need to call to get food. But they will bring you food you asked no questions. Reliable place for truckers.

I love how they prepare the dishes right before you pick up! My favorites; the Baconater, and the chicken biscuit with honey on top 😁

I know it's only wendy's, but something about this wendy's just hit different.

The meat patties seemed extra thick, the fries perfectly greasy and fried.

Keep it up guys, definitely make the right junk food stop when we picked this wendy's.

Nice clean Wendy's. I really enjoy the sofa machines that allow you to try to mic lots of flavors. Friendly fast service.
