This location is fantastic, service is always wonderful, and the food is always absolutely delicious, they're never stingy with serving sizes. 10/10

I eat here often, every time Cameron is on duty he is always smiling keeping the energy up, with staff & customers, doing a fantastic job regardless of how busy. I enjoy coming here to support him and the Chipotle team. Awesome job.

I've traveled a lot this has honestly been the best overall chipotle I've been to. The food was extremely fresh. Employees wee all welcoming and warm. They didn't even mind that u was high and indecisive

It's chipotle y'all. I order every Thursday or Friday through the chipotle app so I don't have to wait in line. It's always good. I have never had a bad experience there. It also seems like the quantity is bigger ordering through the app which I'm happy about. Their Mexican coke and sprite are the bomb.

Food was good. Hated seeing the line employee scrape the empty cambro into a fresh one. He didn't seem prepared for his shift. Very pleasant young man though. Everyone at this location was helpful

Love the order/take out app! It makes it so easy to just place your order, walk in and pickup. The food choices are healthier than that of other fast food restaurants. Their service is always quick and friendly! I would definitely recommend Chipotle over their competitors any time!

I accidentally placed an order for a location over an hour away. I was so upset because quesadillas aren't available in Austintown at this time (machine to cook them is down.) So, I got in line to order anyway. I ordered my food and when I went to pay they said it was taken care of. I didn't expect this at all. This was my mistake. Thank you to the employees and manager working this evening. I was touched by your kindness. I will pay it forward in return.

Excellent experience there 1/22/19 - Alyssa did a great job taking my catering order and explaining everything to me. All was ready at the scheduled time and the whole process was smooth. Will definitely take advantage of your catering services again in the future!

Very fresh food. Made fresh daily. All veggies very fresh. Fresh all around! Very friendly staff. Easy online orders thru app or website. Just walk in and go to red shelves, and look for your name on slip on bag to pick up. My orders have always been perfect. Never had anything missing from bag.

This place is perfect minus the few bites of grissel I get every now and then (I'm super picky about textures). The ONLY other thing that would make this restaurant better is to add even just a few sauces like Hot Heads has.

I use to not be a fan of Chipotle to be honest but now I love it! The best tasting item is the new smoked brisket! The salad dressing is also delicious and one of a kind! Thank you to all the employees.

This afternoon I got in line for a bowl and I’ve never seen a more friendly Chipotle staff than this one. The staff serving the line were great and attentive and whoever cooked that chicken knows exactly what they’re doing

Good food but guys I was there today and I purchased 2 orders with chicken.
Sorry to say but my mouth is on the fire from spices and way to much salt on the chicken
I think someone dumped 10000000% more of spices than normal.
My girlfriend couldn't even eat her meal...what the hell??!!

Usually pretty good food. I love Chipotle, so unless they mess up the order, I'll usually give 5 stars. Restaurant was pretty clean, staff was very friendly. Very good experience
