The Generator that ProEngine installed for us Late Last Year has been nothing but a godsend. During the most recent Power Outages we invited Friends over to our House and we hung out downstairs in the cool air conditioning, watching TV and playing games on the WiFi. It was almost as if the power never went out. As soon as the power went out the Generator kicked in and took over; it is so seamless. The configuration we got integrates into the whole properties power grid which means I can go to any one of my barns and still get power. This is truly an investment worth having. I could not thank Bill and his team enough for having such a wonderful product

Had my generator for several months, and every day I get a text and email saying it's not connected to the internet.
Since the day of install, it should have been handled, by being set up correctly. After several follow-up calls, they basically just leave you on your own to figure it out.
Possibly less stars should be given for the product not connecting well itself, the manufacturer does not have place for reviews.

If your RV needs generator repair I do not recommend taking it here. My generator quit running and was flashing a service code. I was recommended Professional Engine Systems. I made an appointment and dropped my motorhome off at their shop. A little over a week later I contacted the shop. They had not had a chance to look at the generator.
Since I had non-refundable reservations at a campground I told them I’d be picking up the motorhome and I’ll bring it back next week.
Upon arrival I immediately noticed two of the slides were extended on my RV and the blinds were drawn. Since the generator can only be accessed from outside the unit there is absolutely no reason why anyone would need to put the slides out. I asked why my slides were out? The employee said “we thought you came and put them out.” I asked him where the RV keys were kept while they had the unit? He stated they were kept inside the office. Anyone who owns an RV knows the slides cannot be put out unless you have a key. So I explained to him that only an employee could have put the slides out.
Upon going inside the motorhome my wife and I immediately noticed the bedspread was not as we had left it. It was painfully obvious that someone had been doing “something “ on our bed and I’m betting it wasn’t generator repair.
Management stated they would check their cameras... then a week later they said they do not have cameras.
In short, if you don’t mind the employees using your home-away-from-home as their personal love shack then this might be the place for you to get your generator repaired. If that’s something that grosses you out then go somewhere else.
