I have lived in one their properties for almost two years now and I absolutely love it! They have gone above and beyond to help me with anything I have ever needed and if something happened to break or need fixed it was taken care of that day! The staff at the main office is always courteous and as helpful as you could be! I would recommend them to any and everyone I know!! Great people and a great business! 10/10⭐

I rented a home from Patty Bates. She never had the landlord make all of the fixes I asked for in order to move in. And the fixes made were not a fix but more of a cover up. I was never told that my water bill was connected to the house behind me and I had no parking. It’s been a night mare since I’ve moved in. I’ve only been here a few months and depressed. I can’t wait to move. I would never trust her.

Rented a home through this company and we never received our security deposit back after being told we would. Tried to get answers as to why but Patty Bates has completely ignored us and refuses to answer any of our emails asking about the situation. Do not recommend using their services, rent from someone else...

I don not recommend renting from this place I live in one of there properties for literally 1month and terminated my lease early due to roaches and uncleaned house before move in.They didn’t fix absolutely nothing left as is.Smoke detector had dead roaches and eggs and now I have moved and I took two roaches maybe even more in my stuff that is currently in a storage and I been gone for two weeks.

Never answers the phone, doesn't respond to messages..
