I cannot speak more highly of this studio and its instructors!!!!!! From the moment you walk through the door, you will feel welcomed and your spirits lifted. Shannon keeps the studio clean, inviting and beautiful. All of the instructors (Shannon, Tara, Liz, Leah, Nicki, Julie, and Shelley) are fun, knowledgeable and positive. The differences in their individual styles ensure that you will never get the same workout twice or ever be bored!! The workouts are challenging yet focused on proper technique and form so that you accomplish more in one workout than many others I have done over the years. Throughout all of the pandemic, the studio has focused on the health and safety of all. They offer an amazing virtual platform that is easy to use if you are not able to be in the studio in person. I have used both virtual and in-studio classes over the past 10 months and have loved the flexibility that they offer. You will not be disappointed if you come check out Barre Pose!!!!!

I have been going to Barre Pose for over 6 years. I love going there because all the instructors provide challenging, yet fun classes. They are great about offering modifications if a student is physically challenged by a particular exercise. During COVID, the studio has provided a safe environment to work out in, by limiting class sizes, allowing ample room for social distancing and maintaining a sanitized space.

A wide variety of classes for all skill levels taught by very knowledgeable instructors. I love the variety of movement offered at this studio. Privates/personal training with Pilates Reformer has helped me grow both physically and mentally. Studio has felt like the safest place to be during Covid. Everyone follows protocol beautifully. Also, offers online live/on demand classes if you prefer to stay home. Can't say enough great things!

I’ve been going to this studio for over 5 years and every time I leave class I feel better no matter what I felt like walking in. The studio feeds you physically, mentally and emotionally. It’s kept me in the best shape of my life and introduced me to new workouts over the years (anti gravity, TRX). Kudos to the dedicated instructors!

A wonderful studio. The instructors are knowledgable, offer variety in movement with clear explanation and personal attention to assure correct execution. The virtual option has been great to keep moving. I have gotten stronger, more flexible, and healthier while having great fun. Thanks Barre Pose!

I love this place and the people! They are amazing at what they do, and my body has never felt better. They have always kept their space very clean, and have now implemented a very efficient system for keeping everything spaced out and sanitized. I feel very safe continuing my workouts there.

Great instructors and workouts! Instructors vary workouts so never boring.
