TA Travel Center

The boys at this service center went above and beyond for us. We pulled in around 11pm with no power and battery dying on our semi. The boys in the service center got us in right away and quickly figured out the problem. However they could not locate the part. They searched their shop, called everywhere, tried everything and then drove to other TA centers to find our part. They didn’t give up and finally at 4am from them going through hell and high water they found our part. They are now putting the part on and will be getting us on the road home to our kiddos and my daughters 17th birthday tomorrow! I have never seen two employees work as hard as these two young men to help someone. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Love this place. As a worker also. Have very awesome workers and techs. We do the job right the first time. If we don’t we make it right. I have noticed that even as a worker that we make this place like home. I do know for a fact if we are trying to do something an unsure management are always there to help.

Best of the best people are very kind and friendly shop tech are on point came in for battery change they got me in 2 hrs of waiting didn't mind I was doing my 34 there but can get better than that most of TA y have to wait 4 hrs plus sometimes just to get service but they got my truck fix well done guys will definitely come back here love it love it

Thanks to the fantastic road condition of I 70 eastbound at the Indiana/Ohio line a trailer tire tread separated and the tire blew.
Being Sunday afternoon at 2pm I didn't expect the shop to be open when I limped in there.
At 3:50 pm I was pulling away with a new tire installed.
Fast, friendly service!!

I came in around 3 a.m. The cashier working the night shift was extremely courteous and kind. Had food that was fresh and coffee as well. I've been to a few rest stops and that usually isn't the case. Will be back.

Just had a really great experience here. Had to have my wheel seal, shoe, and bearing replaced plus a dot inspection. These guys are the real deal. Friendly staff and prompt, reliable service! Will definitely use this shop when I’m in the area.

P.S. do not use the service shop in wapakoneta t/a!
You’ll only end up having to get the work redone somewhere else.

Great truck stop. They have all the accessories you could possibly need for Trucking. Plus good food good snacks and ice cold drinks. Service is always Quick and friendly.

From moment Bobbi answered phone I knew was in good hands. She got Michael dispatched to me, to help get me going. It took 1 1/2 for road call, to get me back running. Thanks for the good service. Fair price too

Good place to eat take a shower,a huge parking lot

I rarely leave reviews! This is the BEST A/T truck stop in Ohio! Beautiful outdoor area to relax ! Showers are clean. Variety of trucking supplies at a reasonable cost. Staff is helpful & welcoming. Will always stop here on my travels down I-70.

Got Gas and BK burger. Good convenient place to stop with lower priced gas

In general I am very satisfied since they provide a job for the service entity. They are very friendly people and in my personal case I did an oil change and I am very satisfied. I want to thank and recommend to my l boy who attended me (Brady) excellent service and well nice. Like the girl at the counter. I recommend this TA for his situations.The waiting and labor time to be a TA that is almost always full was very fast. Many grace and blessings.

I had the best experience here At the TA truck stop with the 3rd shift porter John Blackman he demonstrated exemplary service by going out of his way to help me troubleshoot in guest laundry he showed selfless professionalism and went beyond what was required. That’s the real American Spirit !

Great quick fix for our diesel bus. Most honest and up front service we’ve had! Scott helped us and was truly a blessing. That guy needs a raise.

We stopped in for a major trailer repair and found the garage staff very knowledgeable.
Inside the store, Jackie, Marilyn and Cody were very friendly and helpful.
The bookkeeper, Jackie, engaged us in intelligent and witty conversation.
Marilyn is responsible for all the amazing holiday decor that had us just sitting and enjoying each area.
And Cody, our server at the country pride restaurant, was attentive and knowledgeable.
From the garage to the store and restaurant this TA is clean, decorated beautifully and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Very nice ladies working tonight. Clean environment. Hard back books on display. First time I've seen a display I'm a truck stop. Haven't been to many, but it was a pleasant surprise.

Nice area to get out and relax. Even has a fenced in area for dogs to play.

Hands down the best TA shop in America. Twice I put in an ETA, and twice they got me in ... and early! Charles is an excellent mechanic, and Amy at the desk is the sweetest. I love these people!

Wonderful staff. Store was very clean and well stocked. Offers a Burger King and Country Pride. Showers and Laundry available. Has ample amount of parking for trucks.

Absolutely amazing food!!! I ate way more then I normally can AND even still ate my strawberry shortcake!! The potato soup was incredibly creamy, like I've never had. The chicken alfredo was even delicious! I've never had alfredo better then mine 😁 before today that is... We will definitely make it a priority to stop here every run through! I've never had such good food and service at ANY of the other Country Pride Restaurants
