Starbucks

I love coming to the Starbucks because they always make my drink right and of course they have decent prices and I don’t usually have to wait too long. If you want a good Starbucks come to this location.

I go there every morning to the point they already know what I want. It's always right. It's always good, and I love to see all the same happy staff everyday! Yummm

Service was very slow this morning because there was a cheer squad there getting drinks, and I waited over 20 mins for my order to be ready. Drinks were mostly correct, so I'll let it slide.

Staff is really nice. I hope management pays them all enough to afford an apartment and food. In Ohio you need at least $2100 a month to qualify for a small cheap apartment. Management better understand if their staff isn't making that they cannot afford to live

I already love Starbucks, the level of service and management have me loyal to the Springboro location! They truly go over and beyond for their customers!

Always a friendly crowd here. Not my regular Starbucks but always know I'll be greeted and taken so well.

Went through the drive-thru on a Friday at 10ish and they were really busy. I was in and out but the lady at the speaker was very upbeat, positive and really made my day start off on a high note!

Yummy drinks & snacks! Great place for a small bite & pick me up. Best to order through the app if needing a complicated drink. Drive threw is pretty quick & efficient.

Fresh and amazing! Had strawberry refresher with coconut along with cake pop and brownie.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks location. They have continually modified their business to keep employees and customers safe from the spread of COVID-19. I genuinely appreciate the precautions they take while still providing friendly service.

Outstanding customer service. The very kind man with dark brown curly hair was absolutely awesome! Wish I would’ve caught his name. So helpful helping me make a drink I will like and even having me taste it first before I drove off to be sure I liked it. They seem a little understaffed but they are doing great!

With the hard times businesses are facing it's hard to find workers let alone good ones. Emily at the drive through today was fabulous! She was so friendly, efficient and just made you want to smile!

This location is amazing! I visit this location 5 days a week, sometimes twice a day. And every single time, they are consistent with customer service, quality, and accuracy. Every employee goes above and beyond to connect with their customer and they really do want you to start your day right. They find new ways to surprise me with their attention to details and I truly am grateful for this location being close to my job.

Our drinks were delicious. We even forgot to order one if them iced, so when they brought it to us, we realized it, and they quickly made us another one ICED and didn't charge us extra even though it was actually our fault. Very pleasant and happy to serve us. 😁
