Upon first meeting the Pancakes they were so friendly and welcoming! They made you feel right at home and did an amazing job looking over my car and getting the quote for me. Also, when it came to actually getting my car fixed they did an awesome job! It looks exactly as it did before it was hit! They also did it in a timely manner!!! They fixed the damage on my Ford Explorer so fast. I was impressed with the work and the customer service was amazing.

Came in today to get my car and left realized my light was not working for my tail light and they told me to come in anytime I was able to not only quickly took care of me but also I had my license plate light out and fixed that and wasn't even something they had to fix but they went above and beyond the most caring group of people I've ever dealt with when it comes to dealing with cars lol because dealing with cars is never fun so I thank you
