Eric and his crew were awesome to work with! They were on time and extremely professional! I followed them everywhere and asked a them a million questions the entire time and they still finished cleaning the chimney and fireplace in record time. They give honest advice and will walk you through every step of the cleaning process and how everything works. They will never try to sell you something or push you into purchasing additional services. Great guys, great work, I will have them back again and recommend them to everyone.

These people who own Rhino are the best I've ever done business with. They installed a vented fireplace for us. It's great. They cleaned our exhaust pipes for our Furnace and our dryer. Also when we did have a problem they were right out to fix it. Fantastic place. I would recommend them highly to anyone .

Outstanding customer service! I am beyond impressed with all of the empoyees that I have dealt with. Each time I called the woman in the office (her name escapes me) was warm, pleasant, accommodating, and informative. Both of the techs that came to the house (Eric and Jack I believe) were extremely friendly. They worked hard cleaning and repairing my pellet stove. They gave me pointers and helpfu tips on how to use and care for my stove. I'm a truly impressed and highly recommend them. Job well done!

We have two gas inserts put in two of our seven chimney's. The work was professional; thorough; clean and on-time. They spent time explaining the operation and helping us pick out what we wanted. They leave everything as clean and as in place as possible. They are very conscientious about their work. They have also been back to service and check on our inserts. I heartily recommend them to everyone!

We were extremely disappointed in our appointment last week. After waiting weeks for this appointment (& with the weather getting cooler) the grouchy tech showed up banging on our basement door that has a note on it about coming up one level to our front door. As I’m leaning out my kitchen window trying to talk to him (because he would not walk up the steps and around the corner to my front door) he was acting inconvenienced and said that he would have to drag the hose through the wet grass (which he didn’t want to do) or go through our basement to do the work. His attitude for the few minutes he was here was negative and he gave off the impression that he wasn’t interested in working. It was damp out and he finally said he didn’t want to get on the roof and that he wasn’t going to clean our stove, after letting me know that our stove “really!” needed to be cleaned. He didn’t offer to have the apt rescheduled to sometime reasonably soon and said I’d have to call the office to find another day. We waited for that apt and now will be waiting even longer.....
Our first interaction with Rhino was a few years back when we had a little work done and needed a new liner installed. Their quote was so much more expensive than other quotes who offered to do the same job.
We will not be using Rhino again. Not now and not in the future.

Awful experience. I scheduled an appointment nearly 3 months out for a blower/motor replacement. The crew showed up with a work order to sweep my chimney which was NOT what I scheduled the appointment for, in fact this was never even discussed in my phone call. When I scheduled the appointment I went over in GREAT detail what my situation was and what exactly I needed. Two gentlemen showed up, one was friendly and the other was incredibly rude. As he was leaving and slamming my door behind him, he told me that no one would replace the part needed on my 20 year old piece of equipment which I know for a fact isn't the case. Unacceptable customer service. I would never recommend this company after that interaction!!

After waiting about 2 months for serviceman to come, the tech said he couldn’t clean my chimney. He said I wasted his time- I took off work for this service. He was rude and didn’t provide any advice to remedy my issue. I would not recommend this company.
