They also only sell quality, they care about customer service & their reputation. No hidden costs they stand behind their estimate.

My fiancé and I recently purchased our first house and had the pleasure of working with Brad from Pages Flooring. From the moment we stepped in, Brad went above and beyond to guide us through the process of choosing the perfect floors for our new home. His expertise and patience were invaluable, especially considering it was our first time buying floors.

We redid the flooring in our entire home (2,500 sq. ft.), which we knew wouldn't be a fun process. After getting three quotes and reading many reviews, we decided that Page's was the way to go. Ron made us instantly comfortable with the process (and explained approximately 672 times that they were going to make the biggest mess we've ever seen in our lives).

Ron was right: It was a mess. But from the moment Willie and Wesley walked in, they did everything in their power to make it as painless as possible. They consistently asked which rooms were a priority to access (before "Jenga"ing an entire floor's furniture into one room) and hermetically sealed every doorway and cabinet, to keep as much jack-hammer dust contained as possible. They laughed and joked and sang (although not always on key), and they put up with our crazy dog. They also uncovered a not-so-fun structural issue that involved bringing in a contractor, to prevent the corner of our house from falling down. Kudos to Jason for pitching in too!

I was highly impressed that they managed to finish the entire job in 2-1/2 weeks...and remembered about 95% of the time where the furniture belonged! They laid the floors beautifully. Their concern with both the quality of their craftsmanship and our comfort were unparalleled.

Even though he initially tried to steer me away from the bathroom tile I loved, Ron gladly dropped in to install it himself...and then admitted that it looked good after all (HA HA). I appreciated the back-and-forth interactions throughout the process about the best configurations for patterns, etc.

When a couple minor touchups were needed after completion, the team came out quickly to take care of things.

They know what they're doing, from beginning to end. I've been recommending Page's to everyone.

Everyone at Page's Flooring is fantastic. Ron was so helpful during our entire insurance claim process and helped us pick out new carpet that is perfect for our home, family, and budget. I wanted to use a local family-owned business and am so happy that someone recommended Page's. I can not say enough great things about them.

On time, professional, and we are very pleased with the results. Had vinyl plank and carpet installed in our walkout basement and it looks fantastic.

Pages Flooring is the best. If something isn’t right they will make sure it is right eventually. They are very helpful, friendly and personable.

We had an insurance claim that went through Page’s. They worked with us to break up the carpet install so we could move furniture between install days, even though it could have been completed in one day.

Their guys were extremely courteous and professional. Most important, they did an amazing job with the install. The attention to detail was excellent.

We’d had our basement carpet redone several years earlier, through a big box home store, and had to have them fix things they hadn’t done properly. Even still, the job was nowhere near the quality we saw with Page’s.

If we had gone with them the first time, the cost difference would have been negligible, and the quality difference makes them a no-brainer for future jobs for us.

Excellent service and carpet quality. Pages just wrapped up our whole house carpet install and we couldn't be happier with the results. Shout out to Caleb and Sam who who did an excellent job with the install. We will definitely be using Pages for future projects.

My daughter's competition cheer team used Page's Flooring this weekend for a fundraiser. The team has used them in the past and have found their staff to be extremely responsive, kind and considerate each time. We appreciate Pages Flooring for their donation of carpeting for my sons college dorm room. They were extremely helpful and so generous to gift him a nice remnant to take to college with him.

I stopped by Page's Flooring at 9:15 am on 26-Dec hoping they were open. I was looking for a carpet remnant for my basement. It turns out they were closed, but an employee was in the office. Despite the fact that they were closed, he greeted me at the door, invited me in, and provided me with the perfect remnant. Thank you Page's Flooring for your excellent customer service!

I had an outstanding experience with Page's Flooring. They came out to the house and took measurements then that same day met with me at the showroom to walk through my options and finalize the pricing. Just a few days prior to install I opted to make an adjustment to my original order and added two additional rooms to carpet and they were able to accommodate this last minute request. I primarily worked with Ron and he was always very responsive to my questions and very easy to work with. I could not be more pleased with our new carpeting! The whole process was painless - no hard sell, just good information. Casey, Wes and Willie did an AMAZING job with the install. I used Pages about 7 years ago for a hardwood install, and again, the attention to detail and craftsmanship was incredible. They are a company that stands behind their products. Brad was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in the door. He listened to my needs and made carpet suggestions that would best work in our basement. The customer attentiveness and service was exceptional. One of his staff, Chris, helped load everything up and was attentive to all my questions.
