We to buy kitchen appliances. Very knowledgeable and friendly people. Got a great deal on 3 products! Ask for Anna, she was so patient with me and my questions.

Ryan in the Tile area was extremely helpful in helping me load 6 boxes of very heavy tile. She was so helpful and didn't try to avoid the work like many other associates I have come across. She deserves a raise. I was in the store on Sat Feb 17, 2024. Thank you Ryan for your willing to help with a smile and cheerfulness!

Excellent Associate Experience! His name is Bob and he went over and above the call of duty in helping me with a unique project. I couldn't find what I needed so he started right away looking for solutions. When we finally came up with the right bolts to match the t-nuts, they were too long by 1/4". So Bob went and got a roller-toolbox with a vise mounted on it and literally "cut" all (4) bolts to the right length!! Then, if that wasn't enough, he let me borrow his allen-wrench and said, "Here just take this and bring it back when you're done with it."  I was blown away by this because I've never had a sales associate ever go to such lengths to help.  I think Lowes should give him a raise. I'm happy to say my Zegway project is a success thanks to Bob!

I stopped in at store 1768 New Year's Eve looking for an antiques electrical part. The store was closing and I couldn't find anybody to help me with this. A very knowledgeable man Rick from tools Stopped what he was doing and immediately knew what it was. In less than a minute.
You took me to where my part was at. I was so lucky to find him. Thanks Rick

I needed to buy some rope and Bob who was working that section was extremely helpful, patient and kind. He went above and beyond in cutting and sealing the rope which was going to be used by a homeless man to create a hand rail.
Cannot say enough good things about my interactions with Bob!

Affordable almost everything I needed.

Staff was friendly. We came for Premium Wood pellets for our house pellet stove. They had plenty of the pellets. We were glad they had them at a great price also!

Ask for Fred! He was great. Helped me with what I needed and got me the exact tool I was looking for. He's got a ton of working experience and knows his stuff, especially with carpentry. Thanks Fred!!

UPDATE: Abundance of garden flowers, plywood pricey, had dsmp rid ysy! Nice clean organized... however we asked for help and we got an answer but failed to follow through to help anymore.. ugh

Customer Service was excellent! I purchased the wrong mulch and could not locate my receipt to return unused bags. I was waited on by a smiling friendly clerk, returned unwanted items and was in and out the door in about 5 minutes. It was fantastic 🤩

Damion and Jaden delivered an appliance for me. From the beginning of their service till end they were spectacular. Very professional and did not leave until checking that I was satisfied!
